"I had an overall pleasant stay at Hilton Huizhou (惠州中海希尔顿酒店). The hotel is well presented, comfortable, and consistent with Hilton’s brand standards (excluding concierge department) making it a good choice for both business and leisure travel. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Chloe from the reception team. She was warm, professional, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience. Her attentive attitude and friendly manner were genuinely appreciated and made a positive impression. One particular area that could be improved is the concierge service, particularly upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available for luggage, even I asked for help verbally but refused by the concierge staff who stand in front of the ground floor main entrance, which was inconvenient, especially for guests arriving with multiple bags. For a hotel of Hilton’s calibre, enhanced luggage support at arrival would significantly improve the overall guest experience. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality during my stay and hope to see improvements in this area. "I booked a connecting-room for my family. Check-in was smooth but had to wait the room after cleaning. But after getting in the room, the floor was still wet and slippery. I don't know why the housekeeping could not mop it dry before leave. Rooms were spacious and hotspring in room was nice with privacy. The hotel is located far from the downtown, we have to order ******* food because the 3 restaurants were closed from 1400-1700. Unlike other hotels in SZ, the robot delivery arrived without any notification. We missed several times. Breakfast was just standard. My son got several bug bites on his body after the first night. The bed was not clean enough. Hotspring park was good though it is not big. I could see any cleansing staff in the changing during my visits (4 times) and finally got help from the staff at entrance. Definitely not a 5 star hotel or resort at this moment. Staff should be trained more. Many rooms for improvement in different area."
