This please is so nice just in front of the Huizhou west lake and the street having also a scenic view. Our room have a Balcony that we can chill of and see all whats happening around the area. I do love Chilling out on the balcony in the evening Ordering some food from their restaurant and drinking some beer. The Owner and staff are really accommodating hand helpful also giving us some complementary Coffee from the Coffee shop that they have. Really Love the cats that they have from the Front entrance of the Place also also the place are all walking distance from lots of restaurants, shops and also the Huizhou west lake area. Will recommend the place to others.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall service, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. A special thanks to Robbie, who was super helpful throughout my stay. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. His support and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.

I visited Huidong Island Resort with my boyfriend for his birthday, and unfortunately, our experience wasn't great. The biggest challenge was the language barrier - we don't speak Chinese, and it made navigating the resort extremely difficult. The resort's location seemed promising, but we encountered a significant issue with a local woman who scammed us for a boat ride. We were asked to pay 30RMB (the actual cost to the captain) and then she demanded an additional 200RMB to her own account. The language barrier made the situation confusing, and we only realized we'd been scammed after she had left. It was a disappointing start to our trip. Trying to make the best of it, we headed to the ocean for a swim the next day. However, after about 20 minutes, we were asked to exit the water due to a potential typhoon approaching. To add to the disappointment, the swimming pool was closed, and many amenities we had expected to be available weren't operational. This was pretty disappointing given they were part of why we chose the resort. On the bright side, the hotel room itself was very nice, and the breakfast was good. But overall, our experience fell short of expectations, largely due to the communication challenges and unavailability of advertised amenities. Would I recommend? Maybe not without significant improvements in addressing language barriers and ensuring advertised services are available. For travelers who speak Chinese or are prepared for such challenges, it might be a different story.

The family room was perfectly designed for children; it was very clean and soundproofed, which was great for the kids after they finished playing in the water park and the large swimming pool on the 10th floor. The service was also very attentive; someone followed up on our needs, and even after we checked out, they allowed us to continue playing in the water park that afternoon.

The location of the hotel is amazing for sun rise. The balcony is very chill for hearing the sound of the waves. The hotel would provide unlimited access to the bar, which have some good views both day and night. Perfect for photo taking. Service was good and they would assign a butler for you if you need anything. Breakfast have a lot of choices and not bad after viewing the sun rise at 7am!

Beautiful, quaint apartment. Fully furnished with all the basic ammenities and needs. We had a great ocean view which wasn't directly South-facing, so the sun wasn't a big problem on the balcony. The projector had a paid VIP membership so we could watch whatever we wanted. The wifi also worked well. The beach is just across the road and a breeze to access. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and were eager to assist whenever needed. The room is cleaned every day and they supply fresh water. Breakfast was available promptly and there was a nice variety of food at the buffet. They only have the buffet over weekends though. They also give out free toys for kids to play on the beach with and you can collect free popcorn at night. I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or some friends going on holiday and wanting a relaxed beach atmosphere. There was difinitely enough space for us and our baby.

ได้เข้าพักในราคา 1,700 หยวนต่อคืน แต่รู้สึกไม่คุ้มค่าเลยครับ/ค่ะ ข้อเสีย: 1. พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าไม่ค่อยเป็นมืออาชีพเท่าไหร่ ทัศนคติการบริการก็ธรรมดา หน้าบึ้งตึง ที่จอดรถหายากมาก ไม่มีพนักงานช่วยขนกระเป๋าเลย 2. ในห้องมีกระดาษชำระแค่ในห้องน้ำเท่านั้น ไม่รู้ว่าโรงแรมเคยเจอคนต้องไปหยิบกระดาษชำระจากห้องน้ำมาใช้บ้างไหมครับ/คะ? เวลาทานอาหารเสร็จแล้วจะเดินไปหยิบกระดาษชำระในห้องน้ำมาเช็ดปากเหรอครับ/คะ? คิดว่ามันสมเหตุสมผลไหมครับ/คะ? 3. Wi-Fi เสีย ต้องให้ช่างมาแก้ไขถึง 3 ครั้งกว่าจะใช้ได้ 4. สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักธรรมดามาก ข้อดี: 1. วิวทะเลจากระเบียงสวยงาม 2. พนักงานรูมเซอร์วิสดีมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีเมื่อมีปัญหา 3. พนักงานที่ประตูหน้าบริการดี ช่วยเปิดประตูรถให้ 4. ถึงแม้ผู้จัดการจะเสนอไวน์แดงและเค้กชิ้นเล็กๆ ให้ แต่ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักก็ยังแย่มาก ทำให้เสียความรู้สึกไปหมด ไม่ได้มีอะไรดีขึ้นเลย ห้องพักก็ธรรมดามากจริงๆ สำหรับราคา 1,700 หยวนต่อคืนแล้ว มันควรจะดีกว่านี้ครับ/ค่ะ

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful ocean view made our vacation even more special. The swimming pools were fantastic, well-maintained, and suitable for both adults and children. The resort also offers excellent facilities, including beautifully landscaped gardens, relaxing lounge areas, a private beach, and plenty of recreational activities that made every day enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their exceptional hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The only small downside was that the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety. While the food was fresh and tasty, we would have appreciated a wider selection each morning.
