I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall service, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. A special thanks to Robbie, who was super helpful throughout my stay. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. His support and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Renaissance Huizhou We had an exceptional 5‑star experience at the Renaissance Huizhou from the moment we arrived until we checked out five days later. As soon as our car pulled up to the lobby, Lai Zhifei (赖志飞) greeted us with genuine warmth and helped us with our luggage, providing a luggage ticket before we headed to the check‑in counter. The receptionist welcomed us with a smile, and like many staff members throughout the hotel—whether at the front desk, reception, or the buffet—he was impressively bilingual. Check‑in was quick and seamless. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a fantastic view. It was fresh, spacious, and perfectly maintained. Within minutes, our luggage was delivered and placed neatly in the walk‑in closet. The hotel was wonderfully quiet at night, and we slept incredibly well—the bed, bedding, and especially the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay. After being seated, the host immediately offered coffee, tea, or another beverage. Having lived in China for many years, I can confidently say this is the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever enjoyed. During this visit, one breakfast item I usually look forward to wasn’t available due to the Chinese New Year holiday. I mentioned it to guest services on WeChat, and shortly afterward, Mercedes, the Director of Rooms, personally called to explain. To my surprise, the item was delivered to my room the next day—complimentary. Mercedes is elegant, attentive, and clearly dedicated to ensuring every guest enjoys a 5‑star experience. Because my wife’s family lives in Huizhou, we visit often, and I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area. None come close to the Renaissance Huizhou's quality, comfort, and service.

The Queen room with sea view was beautiful!! Very spacious and clean to the highest standards! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a place to buy coffee and snacks and there’s also a nice little tea area where we sat down to have a quiet cup of tea. If you have the added bonus of included breakfast there are a variety of options. Would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Huizhou!!

My recent visit to Huizhou brought me to the Lavande Hotel, located near the Huiyang Station. Amenities & Atmosphere I found the hotel’s facilities to be a definite strong point. The rooms are clean and spacious, with smart features like automated curtains that add a nice touch of convenience. The hotel's unique lavender scent is noticeable throughout, creating a consistent and relaxing atmosphere. For those who enjoy in-room entertainment, some rooms are equipped with Bluetooth audio and large projection screens, which is a great bonus. The hotel also offers a restaurant, and some guests mentioned a free laundry room, which is a big help for longer trips. Service and Staff Based on my experience and other reviews I've seen, the staff at the Lavande Hotel are generally very warm and helpful. The front desk staff were particularly accommodating, and I was pleased with their professionalism. They were quick to assist with requests, and many guests have noted that the staff go out of their way to be cheerful and welcoming. What to Consider While the hotel offers a very pleasant stay, there are a few things to keep in mind. Also, while the facilities are generally modern, some older reviews mention outdated equipment like TVs. Overall, the hotel seems to consistently get high marks for its cleanliness and service. Overall Impression I had a very positive experience at the Lavande Hotel. The combination of clean, modern rooms and a welcoming atmosphere, all enhanced by the pleasant lavender scent, made for a great stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing stay! The food is great! Staff was helpful and kind. I totally recommend this hotel. Also got a free photoshoot 😊🤭 The cleaning lady was not nice at all and didn’t clean our room properly.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful ocean view made our vacation even more special. The swimming pools were fantastic, well-maintained, and suitable for both adults and children. The resort also offers excellent facilities, including beautifully landscaped gardens, relaxing lounge areas, a private beach, and plenty of recreational activities that made every day enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their exceptional hospitality made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The only small downside was that the breakfast buffet could have offered more variety. While the food was fresh and tasty, we would have appreciated a wider selection each morning.
