Excellent rooms and service. Safari trip must try from hotel. Safari jeep driver benny exceed expectations through out trip. Location of resort in prime location. Can easily access all popular destinations. Rooms are spacious. Excellent pool. As a local keralite food seems expensive.

The food was awesome and though they had no buffet dinner they fed us sumptuously at the buffet price and when my wife was not well due to a small accident they made sure that the dinner was served at the room . Also the hotel staff understood the need of AC room in hot summer which they upgraded is without any extra fee. This we really appreciate

Had a fantastic stay at this Sterling Thekkady hotel. The service was top-notch, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. F&B food also very good taste , one Mr . Arjun is doing good and also good hospitality of the F&B all staffs .Our overall experience was delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend!

We chose family room for 3 of us that came with 2 Bedrooms+ living room & hall which was quite spacious. The staff were very courteous & took special care of us given our dietary restrictions. In particular I want to thank Arjun, Bhuvanesh, Shyam, ***ager of the restaurant & all the crew. They were customizing foods, helping us with sight seeing programs most importantly always serving with a bright smile & enthusiastically adding more. There energy is quite contagious. Thanks Sterling Team. I’m going to Guruvayur & again staying at Sterling.

Had a pleasant stay with Sterling thekkady. Room was spacious suite(privilege suite) with bf. Staff were courteous n co-operative. We only had veg bf, was very gud . kitchen staff were co-operative. Highly recommend for stay here. Also travel desk helped us plan outing, which was very reliable n convenient.

I saw such a wonderfull luxry room and a neat and clean room.. lot of special ... service is too good.. and all staffs are very good person.. 24hours hot water specialty.. and one more think the dinning hallbis very neat and clean.. and also breakfast is so super.. and good taste.. really super.. mr.bhuvanesh sir..thank u sir..

Rooms are well maintained. Clean and well designed. Swimming pool was well maintained. Kids really enjoyed in the pool. Food in the restaurant is excellent although dinner buffet was not there when we visited. Bhuvanesh from F&B has taken personal attention to our food requirements during the entire stay including arranging packed lunch on the day of checkout. Thank you.

Mr.buvanesh the restaurant staff was very good rooms were very good spacious.sakthi was the chef was excellent timeley and courteous service staff by all the staff members makes our stay even better ambience of the rooms are very good swimming pool and all the kid area was very nice thanks to sterling team

The sterling restaurant cinnamon exceeded expectations. The food quality was superb perfect location. Big and clean room food at breakfast awesome variety Hospitality was at its best Thanks to Mr.buvanesh restaurant ***ager and hotel staff for making our stay memorable.
