We had a very comfortable stay here which included a Pisco tour and tasting with Tatiana. We absolutely loved it! We got to learn so much and taste some delicious Pisco. Could not recommend this hotel and experience more if you are in the area. You will not regret it!

¡ El hotel es ESPECTACULAR ! Es precioso. Es auténtico. Es cómodo. Rica piscina, buen desayuno. Ricos tragos. Bien ubicado. Hasta provoca quedarse en el hotel todo el día, de lo lindo que es. Personal de primera. Es como estar en una hacienda, con zonas de fermentacion y destilación de Pisco (El pisco es la bebida bandera del Perú) y se ven antiguas instrumentos y botijas. Es viajar al pasado.

Habitaciones espaciosas. Deben implementar ventiladores de pie opcionalmente a los de techo que son un poco ruidosos. La piscina abierta hasta tarde. La comida del restaurante muy agradable y buen servicio. El hotel es un buen lugar para unas lindas fotos.

Muy buen lugar para cenar y desestresarse un poco del trabajo. Ricos pisco sour y chicharrones de pollo. Ademas de que te puedes tomar bonitas fotos. El trato amable del personal y la propietaria absolvió todas nuestras consultas. Esperamos volver pronto.

Un hermoso hotel Nos quedamos en familia y nos gustó mucho la decoración con muchas antigüedades. El personal es sumamente amable. La comida a la carta es buenísima: un lomo a la pimienta con risotto a la huancaina para chuparse los dedos! Los cuartos tienen aire acondicionado y frigobar. El hotel está muy bien para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas. Lo recomiendo!

Es una bonita experiencia. El lugar es plácido y cómodo. La atención es muy buena y las instalaciones son para disfrutarlas hasta el último rincón. Nuestra estancia coincidió con las fechas de pisa de uvas, tradición en Ica, lo que enriqueció nuestra visita. 100% recomendable.

Al llegar la recepcionista no nos saludó, el trato fue muy descortés ni si quiera nos explico cual era el usuario/Contraseña del wifi. No nos que el restaurante estaba cerrado los domingos con un horario diferenciado. habitación limpia, pero cama y almohadas muy incómodas. Problemas con las llaves de los grifos. De noche, se dificultaba el caminar por los áreas comunes por la baja iluminación. Desayuno repetitivo y falta de variedad. No hubo cortesía por la gran mayoría del personal a excepción de un sr mayor que le preguntamos su nombre pero no nos escuchaba bien. un día salimos con mi esposa y la reja estaba cerrada con candado, tuvimos que esperar a que nos abrieran. Realmente no lo recomiendo, lamentablemente me guíe de los comentarios positivos pero fue una decepción total.
