我第一天到我給的好評 因為感覺環境還不錯 然後我又續房了4天 四天沒有給我收拾衞生 衹是換了個床上用品，真的很無賴這個酒店 為了坑你錢 騎馬40分鐘也要我們120美金 沖沙就一輛摩託車 我們兩個人坐的要我們200美金 結果我們去市中心旅行社問17美金一人 還有我要坐飛機酒店為了多掙我錢給我做的PAR 100美金 結果我被機場趕出來 告訴我做的不是PAR 然後我要求酒店給我賠償 他們推卸責任 説是我自己選擇的，我有毛病嗎 我的飛機不坐我選擇PAR？ 一幫無賴

Everything is just perfect, very nice experience spent in this hotel, chilling, relaxing and quality time The staff are very friendly, breakfast was to the point, the dinner as well, perfect view from the room, variety of pools with wonderful views, the meditation pool is such an amazing experience And the animation team as well are vey friendly

Great view over the sea from the lobby at morning and also in the evening, loved the plain green grass fields and the palptree arrangment, also animation crew was very nice, nice games. A la carte restaurants were fine too but almost durring the day / evening, same food

Fantastic place I’m really enjoyed my time her awesome and very professional staff and great food and nice animation team , I really enjoyed and hope if i cane visit this hotel again soon with my friends and my family I think they will be happy too.

We have just arrived back from our 2nd visit to the Baron Palace and it really doesn't disappoint. We were a bit apprehensive about going somewhere for a 2nd time, but it's a wow. A lot of the staff recognised us from last year, which truly added to the experience, all the staff there are so friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile. For instance when my wife got sciatica they offered doctors, transport to hospital etc, and in the evenings asking if she wanted extra cushions to make her dining experience more comfortable. We were there February and into March for 3 weeks. There is plenty to keep you occupied. The entertainment team was on hand every day, with events like yoga, stretching and bocha to name a few. You didn't have to join in if you didn't want to, there was no pressure. I joined in with bocha most days which was my exercise of the day. My wife joined in with stretching and sometimes water aerobics and we got to know the entertainment's team very well, Yana in particular. We sat around the infinity pool most days as it was a bit too windy to sit on the beach. We had a pool boy called Mahmoud Abd Allah, who was always rushing around getting everybody a drink. There are more than enough sunbeds to go around. Dining was a delight and so many different a la carte restaurants to choose from, all of them awesome. We met Mr Osama many times. He always asked if anything else could be done. One evening whilst in the jewellery shop he helped choose a bracelet for my wife that we were deliberating on. I would highly recommend this hotel, so much so, we have just booked another 3 week stay in this hotel next February, although this time we will not be staying in a club room as the British prices have gone up so much. We booked a Club Room again and then upgraded to a swim-up suite for our second week. Best decision ever. We upgraded through the hotel at a very reasonable price. The benefits are worth it to have no laundry to come back to and have access to the Club Lounge plus use of The Japanese restaurant. The service was excellent in every area of the hotel. The team of lovely serving ladies in the Lobby Bar made our relaxation drinks most enjoyable. As always, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional. We did a couple of a la carte meals. We preferred the Indian to the Italian but there are numerous restaurants to choose from. We didn't do any activities of see the evening entertainment, but the entertainment team were all pleasant when we engaged with them. We are already booked to return in October and will definitely be upgrading again. This is the best hotel we have stayed in in Egypt and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Super vacatuin ,we recomend this Hotel, room cleaning was perfect, very delicious food in all restaurants, very prifessional staff and service. We love this hotel much more than Baron in Sharm, Special thanks to Guest relation Team We will come back next year, see you soon!!!

An amazing hotel with fantastic staff! The hotel is luxurious, really impressive. The staff are attentive and very professional, the service throughout our stay has been too notch! We would highly recommend the hotel, this is our first time in Egypt and we will definitely be back!
