Very convenient when coming in on a later flight. Had an excellent experience at the restaurant, as well. Food and service were great!

This is a very clean, quiet, and convenient location. The staff I did encounter was very polite. Even though it is in the airport, the traffic wasn't so bad and was easy to find. Will stay here again

Okay place before taking flight. Was clean, but the bathroom layout was cramped, the ice maker on our floor was broken, and only some rooms have refrigerators -- ours did not have one and we could have used one. Shower head was leaking to the shower ceiling where it was obvious they kept patching the ceiling instead of fixing the shower.

I think the staff was great. The receptionist at check-in was SUPER friendly, gave helpful tips on checkout and for departure. The hotel though was very poor quality in relative to hotels in the surrounding area. The elevators sounds like they could give out at any moment, the rooms have a horrible humming noise when the room above uses the shower or bathroom. Parking is not even in the coveted lot bellow the garage. The only real convenience of this hotel is the fact that it is inside of the terminal building directly in front of security.

Four Points Sheraton is conveniently located at HSV. Check in was easy and the room was quite nice. The Grille on the lobby level was also very good. Great place to stay in Huntsville.

The room wasn't ready at check-in, the Staff was rude, and unexpected charges. I paid for my room in advance and I had to pay an additional 104.62 to check in.
