โรงแรมน้ำพุร้อนในภูเก็ต

Rezeption และพนักงานให้หการต้อนรับดี ถายในโรงแรมสะอาดดีมาก สบายๆๆ.. ร่มรื่น สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด ได้ไปว่ายน้ำทุกวัน เดินไปเล่นที่ชายหาดใช้เวลาแค่ 10 นาที(เดินไปกิน BBQ ไปด้วย) สะดวกสบายในการเดินทางดี วันที่ไปพักมีการตักบาตรประจำปีของทางโรงแรมด้วย อนุโมทนาสาธุกับทุกท่านด้วยน่ะค่ะ ขอแนะนำต่อว่าดีมากเลยค่ะ

เป็นสถานที่ดีมาก ไปมาสะดวก อยู่บนเกาะนาคาใหญ่ ห้องพักใหญ่ มีพลูด้านหน้า พนักงานทุกหน้าที่ทำงานดีมาก ใส่ใจลูกค้าเป็นอันมาก ทั้งๆ ที่ก่อนเกิดโควิดเป็นสถานที่มีลูกค้าเป็นต่างชาติเกือบ 100 เปอร์เซ็นต์ แต่เมื่อต้องต้อนรับนักท่องเที่ยวไทย ก็ดูแลเช่นเดียวกับลูกค้าจากต่างประเทศ ประทับใจมาก มีโอกาสต้องไปอีกแน่นอน อีกทั้งอาหารที่นี่อร่อยทั้งอาหารไทย อาหารต่างชาติ ขอขอบคุณทุกท่านค่ะ

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

From thailand ตัวโรงแรมอาจจะดูเก่า แต่ด้านคุณภาพถ้าเทียบกับราคาแล้วคุ้มค่าคะในราคา1200/คืน ที่ รร มีคลับคิดส์ สนามเด็กเล่น / สวนน้ำ สระว่ายน้ำถึงสองสระ รร.ค่อนข้างกว้างขวาง ใหญ่พอสมควร เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กๆคะ สระน้ำมีสไลด์เดอร์หลายแห่งคะ ตัว รร ตั้งอยุ่ไม่ไกลจากหาด สามารถเดินไปทะเลได้ ไกลคะ ไกล้ รร. ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหาร รวมๆแล้วดีคะ

ความประทับใจสองเท่าของโรงแรม ข้อดี: - อาหารเช้าเลิศรสด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพและบริการที่เป็นเลิศ - ห้องพักกว้างขวางสะดวกสบายหลังการปรับปรุงใหม่ - การทำความสะอาดคุณภาพสูง 2 ครั้งต่อวัน - น้ำชายามบ่ายพร้อมเค้ก ผลไม้ และแซนด์วิช - เครื่องชงกาแฟแคปซูลในห้องพัก ข้อเสีย: - การเข้าคิวรับประทานอาหารเช้า - บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำมีเสียงดังมาก - สโมสรเด็กคลุมเครือ มีเด็กจำนวนมากอยู่ในโรงแรม แต่ไม่มีใครอยู่ในคลับ เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่มีการติดต่อกับเด็กๆ จึงหมดความสนใจ และไปสระว่ายน้ำกับผู้ปกครองอย่างรวดเร็ว ความแตกต่างหลักคือที่ตั้งในพื้นที่ลากูน่า ในด้านหนึ่ง การหลีกหนีจากความเร่งรีบและวุ่นวาย ในทางกลับกัน มันไม่สามารถเข้าถึงอารยธรรมได้ การปรับตัวให้เข้ากับบริการรถรับส่งนั้นไม่สะดวกเสมอไป

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้หาดป่าตอง ใกล้กับสถานที่สำคัญต่างๆ และยังมีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต 7-11 และร้านนวดอยู่ใกล้ๆ อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลายสำหรับชาวมุสลิมในแง่ของอาหารฮาลาล

โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการพักที่น่าพอใจมาก แม้ว่าตอนเรามาจะมีพายุไต้ฝุ่น แต่การบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมก็ทำให้ผู้คนรู้สึกสบายใจ หนึ่งในนั้นคือโทรศัพท์มือถือของภรรยาผมถูกทิ้งไว้ในร้านอาหาร และพนักงานเสิร์ฟที่เป็นเด็กตัวสูงสวมแว่นก็ยื่นให้หัวหน้างานทันเวลา ขอบคุณมาก นอกจากนี้เกรซที่แผนกต้อนรับก็น่ารักมาก ให้บริการด้วยความจริงใจอย่างแท้จริง ไม่ใช่บริการยิ้มแย้ม ทุกอย่างเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมน่าพอใจมาก! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือทางชันที่ใครๆก็พูดถึง ช่วยโรงแรมอธิบายหน่อยนะครับ ทางชันประมาณ 35 องศา ซึ่งชันมากจริงๆ ระยะทางไม่นานประมาณ 40 เมตร เป็นมุมกว้าง หากคุณรังเกียจจริงๆ คุณสามารถปล่อยไว้เฉยๆ เพื่อไม่ให้คุณไม่มีความสุข โรงแรมจะไม่มีความสุขเนื่องจากการรีวิวที่ไม่ดีของคุณ และทุกคนจะไม่มีความสุข หากคุณกังวลมากเกี่ยวกับความเสียหายก็ลองพักที่โรงแรมอื่น อีกประการหนึ่ง: โรงแรมจะต้องหาเงินเพื่อให้บริการที่ดี เวลาเดินทาง เข้าใจกัน ไปกินข้าวที่ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมบ้างแล้วยิ้มให้พนักงานมากขึ้น

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมากแต่แน่นอนว่าเทียบไม่ได้กับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและอุปกรณ์ของ MGallery ในจีน ไม่ใช่โรงแรมเดียวกัน ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนเป็นชายหาดสาธารณะ ซึ่งสามารถเข้าได้ในราคา 20 บาทต่อวัน เดินไปทางซ้ายก็เต็มไปด้วยร้านอาหาร บาร์ และร้านนวดมากมาย พักที่นี่ 2 วัน ความรู้สึกโดยรวมดีแต่ตรรกะของแสงที่ควบคุมได้ของห้องไม่สอดคล้องกับนิสัยสมัยใหม่ ชั้นที่จัดครั้งนี้อยู่ชั้น 2 จริงๆ แล้วเป็นชั้น 3 แต่ยังมีต้นไม้บังอยู่และวิวไม่ค่อยดีนัก ต้องให้ความสนใจเป็นพิเศษในการเปิด DND เมื่อเข้าไปในห้อง ไม่เช่นนั้นคุณจะถูกรบกวนอย่างต่อเนื่องจากผู้ดูแลห้องพักซึ่งตั้งใจจะทำความสะอาด

ประทับใจตั้งแต่ เข้ามาถึงหน้าโรงแรม เบลบอยทุกคนดูแลดีมาก พนักงานต้อนรับชื่อคุณดิว ดูแลอย่างดี มีคนดูแลลูกๆไปยังห้องคิดส์คลับ เดินทางจากห้องพักไปหน้าหาดมีรถมารับ24ชั่วโมง พนักงานร้านหน้าหาดชื่อร้านpine ผู้จัดการทอป และน้องตี๋ บริการอย่างดีเป็นกันเองมากๆ วันเช็คเอาท์ พนักงานต้อนรับคุณแก้มก็จัดการได้ดีทุกอย่าง ประทับใจมากๆเลยครับ

We loved this hotel, upon arrival we received the complimentary coconut lolly which was amazing after a long day travelling :) a nice touch We ate in the restaurant and left our luggage with reception until we had finished eating. We were both then taken to our room on the electric cart which was fun, We woke up refreshed the next morning, the bed was extremely large and comfortable, the room is well equipped with everything we required ( although a bottle opener would have been the only thing we really needed) Breakfast was plentiful, even down to eggs Benedict cooked to order included which was my favourite, also noodles, breads, pastries and meats on offer, something for everyone. Anyway we knew we wanted to travel the country so spoke with reception and explained we wouldn’t be around for 6 days and that we would be leaving belongings in the room, they were intrigued to know where we were heading and engaged in conversation which was nice, We returned 6 days later from our travels to relax for our last 4 days before we travelled home, upon arrival the receptionist welcomed us back and instantly asked how our travels went, it was nice to be recognised :) . The room again was spotlessly clean upon our return and believe me it was needed after we flew back in from Khaosan road Bangkok, We had a shower and put the provided silk gowns on and just sat on the balcony to reflect on the past 6 days, It’s a hotel to lay around and relax…….. or do what we did and enjoy the beautiful beach of Nai Harn which is 5 minutes walk away offering some beautiful restaurants to watch the sun go down OR travel the full country and go back to enjoy the last few days. It really was a perfect trip for me and my partner, and we would definitely return. A massive credit to all of the staff at this hotel :) they work so hard and it shows here because the level of professionalism from all of them is clear :) Well done Sunsuri Phuket and we hope to see you all again soon , P.s we were in room 1206 :)
