I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall service, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. A special thanks to Robbie, who was super helpful throughout my stay. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. His support and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.

This was a fabulous stay in a beautiful villa. It was even better than expected. The room itself was spacious, the little pool and hot tub were amazing, and in general, the stay was peaceful and quiet. I am not sure how it is when it’s full capacity, it could probably get pretty loud (on Saturday evening the villa next to us was occupied and it was really really loud from the other guests), so it’s probably not a great idea to go during holidays if you want a serene experience. The staff was really helpful and kind, they brought us fruit and ordered food and drinks for us from a local farm. Honestly, I would like to come here every weekend, just to unwind and chill and read by the pool. I will definitely be back!

We had a joyful and relaxing stay at Nankunshan Zaiyundan Wenquan Homestay the past two days. We stayed in the topmost space capsule, which was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view over the hotel and down into the mountain valleys. The hostess was kind, fun and helpful, organising day trips for us and even taking the initiative to order a super cute birthday cake for our daughter’s 13th. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and eating at the restaurant, where the lovely cook made delicious food for us morning and night. We especially recommend the fish and the eggplant and green bean stirfry. On our last day the hostess organised a driver to take us to the airport via local attractions and the amazing Zhenggou temple - a great finish to our time in China Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return someday!

We had a great family stay. The hot springs were very relaxing with a great choice of different temperature pools. My kid loved the big slides (in the morning, it was filled with hot spring water, so he wasn't cold) and the go-karting and indoor playground kept him entertained for hours. We also loved the fruits and tea offered at the pool area. Breakfast selection was excellent too. Additionally, when my son got injured, first-aid was immediate, and hotel staff even inquired later how he was doing and if further assistance was needed.

My stay at the hotspring hotel exceeded my expectations. It was truly magical. A gorgeous facility with spacious, clean rooms and incredible hospitality. Chen Yongfa assisted me with everything I needed during my two day stay and upgraded my room to a remarkable villa with a private bath overlooking the garden. To awake to the songs of nature was remarkably healing since I was seeking complete solitude. The access to multiple hotsprings were endless and I soaked away all worries under the full moon..
