As a long time Hilton Honors Member I could not be more disappointed in Hilton as a company, and the security level at this hotel. We paid to park our vehicle at the hotel for a week while we went on vacation and when we returned it was stolen. The hotel policy was to park around back so we did, the hotel policy was to put a placard on the dashboard that listed our departure and return dates, the hotel policy is to log in all your information at the counter, and the most egregious of all is that the video showed our vehicle was there two days before our return at 7 AM, and then sunglare glazed out the video camera until dusk which gave the thief 10 hours to steal our the vehicle. We were told exactly where to park and we did, seems like someone saw the window placard with our return timeline, knew when the video camera would not see them stealing the vehicle, and knew how all of the hotel processes worked! We asked if any of the hotel employees were questioned, we did not receive an answer. When we asked the hotel chain to help us out in making up the difference between what the insurance covered to replace our vehicle, and what the cost was to rent a vehicle to get home, they simply said no. If you stay here, beware that security is terrible.

My husband and I stayed here just one night - a stopover on our way elsewhere. It's a very nice place and I would recommend it, with a caveat or two. The room was clean and quite spacious and included a mini fridge & coffee maker. The bed was really comfortable. The pool area is very nice. The waterfall in the pool is a nice touch. There's plenty of seating (with some options for shade), and lots of palm trees and other topical plants. There's also a poolside bar - if you can catch it open. Marshall at the front desk was really friendly and helpful, and Robin -our shuttle driver from the airport - was too. There's not much nearby, so if you dont have a car, you're pretty much staying at the hotel (or taking Uber). The only food right by the place is a Dennys and a McDonalds -and a REALLY popular coffee shop. Our only issue was that we found out upon checking in that the restaurant and bar were closed for the day (New Year's Day). We looked at tons of hotels near the airport for our stopover, wanting 2 key amenities: An airport shuttle and a bar & restaurant. We didn't want to have to go out for dinner (esp without having a car) - just wanted to relax at the hotel. We chose this one because it had both - but so did plenty of others. I understand them wanting to give staff time off on NYD, but then please make it ABUNDANTLY clear when you're booking that those amenities will not be available! We could have made a different choice had we known. We walked a bit over a mile to get some food (it was a nice day and we're capable of the walk but..)

My family and I recently stayed at your property both before and after our cruise—November 8-9 and November 17-18. While we appreciated the convenient shuttle service, smooth check-in process, and excellent location, the hotel needs a little updating and was not as clean as we hoped. In both rooms we stayed in, we noticed significant mold/mildew issues. The caulking around the sink was affected in both rooms, and in the second room, there was visible mold on the shower wall panel as well. This was particularly disappointing as I had to wipe down the entire bathtub and shower before my children could use it—a task I do not expect as a guest. Additionally, the pool area appeared to need maintenance. The sharp edges and numerous missing tiles posed potential safety concerns the kids swimming and trying to enjoy. While we were pleased with the service and location, the issues mentioned above were disheartening and fell below the standard I associate with Wyndham properties.
