Best Western Plus Ft Lauderdale Hollywood Airport Hotel

Faulty elevator. Bed sheets and towels are looks like a rag, doesn’t look like white anymore. Phone is not working. Reception is not helpful enough. No water for the coffee. Noisy aircon. That’s all.

Got their checked in elevators never work got to the room was no fridge no coffee cup to make the coffee plus it had insect infestation not a good look looking to get back some of my money from spending two days walking 10 flights of stairs up and down every time I needed something no ice only on the ground floor. Wow..

One huge complaint and it’s the airport transfer; everything else was very good! I arrived on Spirit called for pick up and was left on hold for ages and I finally hung up and called back and was told where to go for pick up. I waited 20 minutes and was told that the shuttle cannot got. To my terminal to I had to walk to another terminal where again I waited. After watching multiple shuttle do pickups I saw one with no hotel name on it so I asked him if he was from the BW and we said he was so I asked are you look for me and again he was. Finally I am on my way….it took 75 minutes from when I called the hotel to my getting to check in!

Friendly staff. Very clean. Great breakfast choices. Fast free airport shuttle pickup. Reasonably priced cruise port shuttle available from hotel.

Floor and room had an extremely musty and unhealthy odor. Was concerned about staying but did so as it was only one night.

this is my second stay the staff Herman and the facility was very welcoming. I would recommend this facility.

Staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. All of our interactions were fantastic. The price was great, the hotel was clean, my kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was good.
