I found the perfect place for tranquility enjoying nature at its best. The place is surrounded by limestone and river. Our room had a view of the giant limestone cliffs on the side, at the front a natural habitat of trees with the sound of crickets and frogs. The place is surrounded by banana trees, pomelo, papaya and variety of flowers. My boyfriend used the billiards. I enjoyed my daily banana pancake, portions are generous. It was good to explore the area with complimentary push bikes. They would even provide a rain coat if it's raining. It was 15 minutes bike ride to majestic trang an river boat ride and 12 minutes to Hua Lu. The food was good. It was nice to spend a day at the hotel by the hammocks facing the river. The staff are so friendly, I feel like it was a home away from home. The food was amazing, the prices were reasonable. Thank you for the blissful memory.

Нам тут очень понравилось. Красивый отель, эстетичный бар, немного вид из окна разочаровывал, на болото, но такое расположение.. до центра там кока, где все кафешки 5 минут на байке. Персонал решал любые вопросы, очень гостеприимное место!
Бесплатно сауна и джакузи. Завтрак хороший. Дали хороший новый байк нам в аренду.

10/10 Detailed review from an American. Room: clean, modern, upscale. Western-style furniture. Spacious beds. Nice furniture, free toothbrushes and combs, lovely bathroom facilities. Noise level: PEACEFUL and QUIET! Relaxing, if you want to escape the city noise. It is the countryside after all. You can see water buffalo herds in the fields nearby if you take a walk outside the hotel. I can watch them from my hotel window. Staff and service: AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and honest hardworking staff. Won't cheat or scam. Use google translate if needed. Honestly the staff made our stay so good we extended the stay an extra day. Ask them for local recommendations (they don't get a kickback from any recommendations so its all genuine) Food: RECOMMENDED! Especially for travelers afraid of getting food poisoning or upset stomach from street food. Restaurant quality, home-cooked/cooked-to-order meal. Clean kitchen facility. Good prices, cheap. Made with love, the manager herself cooked a lot of the meals for us and they were delicious (for reference, im vietnamese-american so in my humble opinion, the authenticity is excellent and pleasing to a western palate as well. Personal Recommendation: Want a nice dinner thats still authentic? Order your food and eat outdoors in the cool of the evening, try the barbeque-it-yourself beef and goat. Delicious, hand-marinated quality beef cuts and goat, and they give you a little tabletop BBQ pit for you to bbq your meat just how you like it. Order some side dishes and its a great and fun family meal. If you want to and the staff aren't busy, they can bbq it for you if you want, but I think its fun to do it yourself. The location is out in the countryside but don't be alarmed because the hotel is a short drive from the main city center and tourist spots. The bad: - The beer is warm lol. They should refrigerate it. - Tip: if you ask for ”wine”, note that its vietnamese hard liquor, not the western understanding of wine (grapes). - There's a stupid rooster nearby from one of the local farms and it likes to crow all day. If you stay in the downstairs rooms you might be able to hear it, but if you stay in the upper floors you can't hear it. Would stay again.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe spent two night here in a stunning room with spectacular views. Dzung and his wife Dep were so helpful and kind and attentive, included breakfast served on the top floor with 270 degree view of the mountains and village, free use of bikes, dinner no longer provided but the walk into the little village of Trang An in the dark with Dzung’s high powered flashlight for dinner at one of the handful of local restaurants was part of the magic and charm of this sweet little town. (Yes their most famous restaurant serves only goat, with an impressive line of vans and cars arriving on Saturday night, but I met some of these goats on a motorbike ride to the local bird sanctuary and could not bring myself to try it.) Dzung arranged the motorbike rental and offered a late check out as we were catching a late train south. Off the main tourist path with a real feel of country life, close to everything there is to see. The whole family was welcoming and we really felt like we were visiting long lost relatives. Truly unique and unforgettable experience!

ผผู้เข้าพักThere are 5 rooms. We'd originally booked the largest, but found it was right next to the pool and all guests had to walk past the only window. The other rooms (as far as I could tell) are all the same layout with a bed hard up against one wall. For an older couple it makes getting up in the night awkward. The bed is very hard. There is a kettle and fridge but no cups or Tea/Coffee/Water. These are relatively trivial and could be easily remedied. On the positive side, the brother and sister who run it are lovely people and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast is great and the on-site restaurant good. The pool is fantastic and spotlessly clean. They have free bikes for use and very cheap scooter hire. The location is excellent and near other places to eat. 10 minute cycle to Trang An boats and Mua cave Lookout.

FFlorianL'accueil, la bienveillance, la gentillesse, l'aide, vraiment tout est excellent! La famille qui gère ce petit hôtel est vraiment top! La chambre est spacieuse, les lits très confortables, grande salle de bain avec eau chaude, de l'eau et du café à disposition. Les petits déjeuner sont variés et savoureux! Il y a des vélos a disposition et aussi des scooters en location. Il n'y a rien à reprocher, je recommande sans problème, vous ne serez vraiment pas déçu!

ผผู้เข้าพักWe stayed in this homestay for 3 nights in January. Upon arrival the hosts were welcoming and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The room was well sized with good ammenities. However, the room got quite cold during the night and the AC does not have a heat setting. They supply you with a small heater but this was not really enough. Suggest including some warmer blankets during winter. We also found the hot water does not last very long so it’s very hard to warm up after a day of scootering in the cold wind. There were also some animals living in our wall so was hard to sleep. The food was good and the ammenities of the place were good too - free bikes and scooters are cheap. They offer laundry and bus booking services too. There are cute kittens that hang around and the general area is nice. The homestay is well located close to Mua Cave and a scooter ride from everything else. Be aware it is very rural and you may see some shocking things around the area that are unrelated to this accomodation (think family violence, dead animals, etc). Overall, good budget accomodation but wouldn’t suggest staying in winter.

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Ninh Binh and were able to see so much of the area in just one day. The location of the home stay was super for this and we were also delighted that the staff were helpful in arranging transport to the train station and Trang An. Until we came to leave, we would have been comfortable leaving a 3 or 4 out of 5 rating. We were however made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the man who oversaw our stay, as he began hassling us to leave a review before we had had breakfast. This intensified when we returned from our day out; we were obliged to leave a review before he would drive us to the station (which we had already paid him for). We left a generous review on *********** (averaged at 8.0/10) which did highlighted the one area we felt was lacking - the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The man then proceeded to drive incredibly unsafely (including at points driving without holding the steering wheel, across two lanes in relatively busy traffic and far slower than the rest of the traffic) whilst using his phone to translate his haranguing of us about our review, eventually resulting in us having to speak to his boss on the phone about why we hadn’t left a 10/10 review. The entire interaction left us feeling distinctly uncomfortable and spoiled the end of our trip. We were relieved to get out of the vehicle, even though it was not in the drop-off location we had agreed.
