This is my second time staying at Ly's homestay and I will still come back again and again when I'm in Ninh Binh. Ly and her family were very hospitable and made us feel at home. It felt like we were living with family 💖 From cleanliness to location and service, everything was top notch.

We highly recommend Lys Homestay! The family is very lovely, the rooms are clean and cosy. You can rent bikes to a fair price and the location is perfect for backpackers. Thank you very much for this pleasant stay!

Good location, close to everything, good services, staffs were very helpful, good breakfast, nice and cleaned room, plenty of hot water and good air conditioning,

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! La piscine est tout simplement incroyable et parfaite pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée. La patronne est super gentille et toujours prête à aider. Le petit-déjeuner est au top, offrant une variété de choix délicieux. L'hôtel propose une multitude de services comme la location de vélos et de scooters, ce qui est très pratique pour explorer les environs. De plus, ils vous conseillent sur les itinéraires à suivre à Ninh Binh, ce qui est un grand plus pour découvrir cette belle région. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % !

這個民宿是一間cp值很高的旅館，想來這裡住宿的朋友，我非常推薦。

We booked directly through Ly and immediately from the moment I met her she was incredibly helpful. Prior to booking the room she showed me around the homestay and its facilities.Our room, bathroom and the communal spaces were clean, tidy and well equipped. Each day Ly would ask us our plans and provide us with information on where to go and what to see in the area. She even gave us top tips and marked out sites on the map. The homestay is perfectly located. Directly across the road from the lively banana tree hostel and a one minute walk from the main street, you will have everything you need right on your doorstep at Ly’s homestay. However, despite being in the most perfect location with everything within walking distance the homestay remained quiet, private and secure. This was ideal in creating a relaxing haven in the middle of Tam Coc, which was ideal for nighttime when wanting to sleep in peace. You could easily hire bicycles from the homestay and take a beautiful cycle through the countryside to a number of tourist attractions, including Mua caves/viewpoint. In fact, when we hired the bicycles we were provided with security padlocks, cold bottles of water and information on where to go from the staff at the homestay. Upon checking out, we were able to securely leave our luggage in the reception area for the day. That evening we were allowed to use wash facilities before moving on to our next travel location. Ly even provided us with snacks for the journey. The homestay is wonderful, the staff lovely and location ideal for your next stay in Tam Coc/Ninh Binh. I will certainly return here in the future and cannot recommend enough.

I had such a lovely stay here. I was made so welcome by the owner who gave me fresh fruit and water every day and treated me like family. The room was immaculate and well decorated with a huge comfy bed. I rented a moped too which was really convenient. The hotel is perfectly situated beside the small town and the Main Street where the restaurants are and 300m to the right you are on a road to a stunningly beautiful area of Tam Coc. Breakfast was perfect. Cold fresh fruit and eggs or pancakes and other great food. There’s a clean well serviced pool which gets the sun too. I will definitely stay here again

Lys Homestay was amazing and we felt very comfortable spending our holidays here. The rooms were clean and everything that we needed was included. Also we were taken good care of and the owners made us feel more than welcome in their home. I would recommend this homestay to everyone and definitely see you next time!

Lovely competent staff, friendly service and local sight seeing advice. Happy to arrange tour bookings and local activities. Clean rooms, goid aircon, great pool and short walk to Cafe and bars as is in a quiet central location. Would stay again.

Rates as a 2 star but not sure how. From the warm welcome by amazing host Ms Hue to the care package of water and fresh pineapple for our journey upon leaving we were treated to perfect service our whole stay. The rooms are spacious enough, clean and comfortable. They have a fridge, large tv, fan and aircon and a safe. The pool is fantastic, and there are also bikes and scooters to hire. Massage in your room costs only 200k and we experienced some of the best massages we’ve had. Highly recommended

Ly is an angel on earth. She is so knowledgeable about the surrounding area and really helped us out. As young backpackers, we loved being close to the social area and coming home to a private getaway. The free breakfast was the cherry on top - we highly recommend the banana pancakes. Thank you Ly and family!!

Firstly I would like to thank Lys and her family for their care highly above the standard. She made our stay precious. She was really, really kind and helpful. She always wished us a nice day and she gave us a lots of advises about trips and neighborhood. Our room was clean and nice with a big windows. We really enjoyed tasty breakfasts which you can choose from a menu. There is also possibility to rent a bike or scooter, what we recommend, because this accommodation has perfect location for exploring surrounding areas. In the end of our stay Lys booked us a nice sleeping bus to Sapa and her son went with us to help us board on it. We also got some snacks and water from Lys. It was so heartwarming! We highly recommend you to book Lys homestay. You will not regret!😊 We will remember this experience forever.

We stayed one night and would have liked to stay longer. The room was a nice size and very clean. We had a very friendly welcome and the host was extremely friendly. It is right in the centre of tam coc. We took advantage of the pool and would recommend Lys homestay.
