The Noble Swan Hotel New World

This hotel is a bit rundown...would recommend for some overhauls to the interiors and bedding and wall furnishings. Overall was acceptable as it was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and walking distance to most of the attractions.. But the toilets facilities could be improved. Would recommend anyone who has a tight budget to stay here.

部屋は普通のクイーンベッドですが、少し問題があります。①エアコンが古く、音がうるさいです。とても疲れている時でないと、寝るのが困難です。②掃除されていないところがあってクローゼットに埃が溜まっています。③シャワー室にはカーテンがないので気をつけないとトイレまで濡れます。④シャワー室の換気口を閉めることができないので、ここから蚊が入ってきて刺されます。 立地はいいのでおすすめです。

預訂房間與圖片不符，酒店答覆沒有空房，酒店設施老舊，空調噪音很大，房間空間較小，飲用水長時間未更換，房間衞生可能是春節期間，無人打掃

The drinks and food from the previous guests were still in the freezer, the tissue paper was used up and no one changed it, the shower water was not hot in the morning, and the air conditioner leaked and wet my computer on the face. I was transferred to another hotel for no reason and the waitress on the morning of the 3rd was very rude. I gave up early on the 4th and rented another hotel. There was no air conditioning. It was too hot to sleep at night. My wife couldn't sleep well at night. It was too hot.

Pokój mały, dość zużyty. Mało miejsca na rozłożenie bagażu. Łazienka z podstawowym wyposażeniem. Brak drzwi kabiny prysznicowej. Łóżko wygodne. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Obok hotelu sklepy, restauracje, salony masażu, niedaleko bazar z ubraniami, butami, pamiątkami i biżuterią. Obsługa miła i pomocna.

This hotel is the worst I have stayed in HCM so far. I need to write this review to warn fellow travellers. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, you will be greeted by 8 or 9 steps, if you are carrying heavy luggages, there are no bell boy to help you with luggage. The hotel lobby is very warm, only the recep will have fan to cool themself down. The receptionists are not well versed in English and definitely not helpful to guests! I booked a junior suite and the room is very lousy! The wardrobe is without doors (see photo attached). There are ants and hair left behind by previous guests on the bed. My wife was bitten by ants in the middle of the NIGHT!! (See attached) The curtain have black stains on it, the window ledge looks old, ceiling have cracks. (See photos attached) When requested for a full refund of my 2nd day stay, the hotel refused to accede to my request but luckily trip.com says they will refund me back in credits for my future bookings with them. (Kudos to trip.com!) This is the worst experience I have in HCM thus far and I sincerely hope trip.com can have more control over their hotel vendors to provide a safe booking platform for us consumers. ベッド、シャワールームの清潔感に関しては問題ないです。ただ、トイレが流れにくいです。 総じて値段相応といったイメージ。 立地に関しては、ホーチミンの各観光地の中心にあるため、合間合間にホテルに戻って休むことが出来るのでオススメです。 ホテル目の前にサークルK、写真のカフェもあるので生活しやすいと思います。
