Especially spacious rooms, clean, and well appointed. The staff, Madyson, checked on us daily to make sure our stay was great. I'd recommend this place to anyone, and plan to here again on my next visit.

Booked this property to get the kids out and take them to use the pool. Upon arrival, the pool was out of service which means i wasted my money and travelled 200km for nothing. I would have booked something else had they properly advertised.

Property was well maintained. The room we were given was much smaller than was advertised and was on the main/ground floor so the road noise was relatively loud.

Really nice property. Me and my family had a great time there including the breakfast. Overall the atmosphere was amazing.

Nice staff, but we were disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. We had to wait after the 3pm check in for our room to be cleaned (which got sorted nicely with staff) but then when we went up to the room, we found really smelly food in the microwave...
Then a 6:30am fire alarm went off so we had to get out of the building (not hotels fault. Pretty sure a kid tripped the fire alarm as there were a lot of kids screaming and yelling and throwing balls in the halls when we arrived, so it wasnt a very peaceful excursion...)
We stayed for two days and no-one came to refill things in our room or take linens or towels
When we went to the breakfast, we had to track down someone for more plates as there wasnt any when we got there, and when they did bring plates out, they brought four which got snatched up quick and then other people had to wait and ask for plates.... and no coffee which someone also had to ask for.
Not going to be recommending this one unfortunately....

The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean with the exception of the desk and desk chair which had something sticky on the seat. Overall our stay was good and convenient for our family trip to African Lion Safari.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy and great pool and gym. My only criticism is that breakfast was very busy no very understaffed there were 2 staff members working hard but couldn’t keep up
