Wir buchten bereits mehrmals dieses Hotel für eine Sportveranstaltung in der Eishalle Hart bei Graz; vieles ist für uns im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels gleichwertig; aber das Personal ist besonders bemüht und daher kommen wir gerne wieder...

I got a cold due to no heating in the room. (middle of January). Next day I complained and got assurance that they will fix it by the evening. They did nothing. No replacement room was offered, even though hotel is half empty. No extra blanket in the room. I could not ask for one, because reception does not work after 8PM. It was horrible, not more than 10 degrees Celsisus. Apart from that: No maids? Nobody even collected the dirty towels or made up my bed. All I have got for breakfast was a small butter and jelly. The second day, they even forgot to bake/buy any bread for breakfast until it was too late for me as I had meetings in the morning. So, cold and hungry... Do not go there

As writen per e-mail on the 14.01.2022 we are absolutely sorry, that the heating didn’t work during your stay in your room. That should not have happened and we highly apologize for that! Of course, we usually offer an alternative room if there are any tecnical issues. Due to the reduced opening hours, which are listed on the welcome letter in your room and on the main and side entry, we were not able to deal in person with you. Please consider that there is an additional emergency number which you can call in such cases. The current situation with the Covid Virus doesn’t make business easy for hotels and we are forced to reduce opening hours and services. Over the weekends we are still closed and during the week we partly work as boarding house. The take away breakfast is a temporary solution, which meets the safety Corona measurements to ensure that our guests feel safe during their stay. The only explanation we can give for your minimal breakfast box is that another guest took the ham, cheese, egg, butter out of the box and left it on the self service table. We absolutely understand that this was very annoying and embarrassing for you. Regarding the bread on the other day… we had a short-term personal outage, why our receptionist had to overtake this work. Anyway we see that many irregularities happened to you during your stay and we understand that this dissapointed you about our hotel. We feel very sorry that everything went wrong during your short stay and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you have suffered. We will take further steps in future to optimize processes, also with reduzed opening hours and services. Therefore we thank you for your direct conversation with us. Das Hotel liegt perfekt im Stadtzentrum, was sehr praktisch war. Leider war es nachts ziemlich laut, was den Schlaf gestört hat. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal hilfsbereit, aber die Schallisolierung könnte verbessert werden.

Le ragazze alla reception sono state gentili e ci hanno dato consigli utili e indicazioni per muoversi e parcheggiare a Graz. Stanza molto pulita, bagno come da foto e da descrizione, angolo cucina con due piastre induzione e ben attrezzato. Balconcino funzionale per i fumatori. Parcheggio gratuito, vicinissimo supermercato, pizzeria e farmacia.unica pecca la stanza faticava a riscaldarsi bene, servivano diverse ore, se non si richiede la pulizia giornaliera si viene rimborsato di 5 euro al giorno una bella iniziativa green. Disponibile al primo piano lavatrici ed asciugatrici e ferro da stiro con asse, io ho scaricato app ed ho fatto velocemente due lavaggi. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Incluídos num grupo de 47 pessoas, o acesso foi feito por uma porta lateral pequenissima sendo-nos destinado o quarto 114, extremamente básico com uma disposição de mobília completamente estúpida , com uma cama de casal que só permitia acesso por um dos lados. Desviada a cama descobrimos imenso lixo e cotão.... A refeição no restaurante anexo D. Camilo (jantar) foi razoável, mas sob uma temperatura sufocante, reclamamos mas o ar condicionado estava avariado, tal como no quarto (dormimos de janela aberta). Enfim, uma experiência totalmente decepcionante e para esquecer! Desaconselhamos!!

Modernes, helles sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Doppelzimmer mit großem Balkon. Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Guter Begrüßungsgin und schmackhaftes Frühstücksbuffet. Nichts zu beanstanden, gerne wieder.

Prenotazione complicata e poco professionale. Ho telefonato al numero del sito al quale ha risposto un operatore che non poteva accettare la prenotazione. Mi ha comunicato che mi avrebbe richiamato qualcuno che si sarebbe occupato della cosa. Telefonata non ricevuta. L’unica camera libera era più cara prenotando direttamente che facendolo su Booking Macchina da parcheggiare in strada. Location: sulla rotonda Ristorante similitaliano: servizio ko tecnico, cibo ok Colazione: senza latte di soia (cameriera su mia richiesta è andata a comprarlo al supermercato dì fronte) .

Waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel, u.kommen auch immer wieder gerne. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet u.sauber. Frühstücksbuffet ist auch immer gut aufgefüllt, u.alles sehr frisch. Personal ist auch immer sehr hilfsbereit u.freundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
