สกปรก ขุ่น ไม่เป็นสุขอนามัย ไม่เหมาะกับสัตว์! ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้สามห้องและมันล้วนเป็นสิ่งที่ฝันร้ายเกิดขึ้น กลิ่นลักษณะ ขยะล้วนๆ น่าตกใจ! มีทั้งซอสมะเขือเทศหรือเลือดบนผ้าปู คราบเหลือง ซึ่งผมนึกได้แค่ว่าเป็นฉี่ แม้แต่รอยรองเท้าบนผ้าปูที่นอน! ผ้าม่านอาบน้ําก็ขาดและเปื้อนรา คราบทุกที่! ไม่มีอะไรแม้แต่เช็ดลง หม้อกาแฟมีกาแฟราในนั้น! เอาท์เลทหลังเตียงหลุดออกมาและเห็นได้ชัดว่าไม่ปลอดภัยสุดๆ ทางเดินมีกลิ่นอโรม่านอึนตลอดซึ่งผมเชื่อว่ามาจากอ่างน้ําร้อนเปล่าน่าขยะแขยง ผมไม่เห็นแม่บ้านที่ไหนมีแต่ถังขยะขนาดใหญ่นั่งอยู่ในห้องโถง เหล็กกระเด็นสนิมเต็มเสื้อใหม่ ถ้ามีที่ไหนอื่นในแฮริสัน ผมอาจจะหนีไปผมคงมี!

This resort came highly recommended by my friends but in my opinion it was OK; however, the customer service was EXCELLENT! The staff were very professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Room service was fast even on the Family Day long weekend! The restaurant attached to the resort had a tasty and large buffet selection and the waitresses went out of their way to please and to treat everyone in our family! The pools were not as hot as we wanted them to be (it rained on us while in the hot springs so we felt cold despite the heated outdoor pools). The rooms were outdated for a resort and for the price per night. We stayed only 1 night and that was more than enough! The highlight for us was the dinner and the breakfast buffets!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom lake view suite 2 nights 3 days August 2021. The suite was large with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. That is about the best I can say. Check-in was very weird, had to call a number to have someone come to a room on the second floor to check us in. The suite did indeed have a small lake view. The room itself was disgustingly dirty! The carpets were stained beyond repair and very unwelcoming to walk on without slippers or shoes. The walls were all banged and dinged up and in need of a 2 coat paint job! The windows were dirty, the furniture dirty and the vent in the bathroom was so covered in dust I am sure it was not even working! The price was outrageously expensive for a 2 star stay. I hope someone will take this review to heart and get in the game as you have definitely dropped the ball in so many ways. The potential is there now the owners or managers need to step up. Would I stay here again? Maybe if I got to see the changes implemented

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก สระว่ายน้ำเปิดก็ต่อเมื่อคุณจองล่วงหน้า พนักงานต้อนรับดีมากเมื่อเราเช็คอิน สะดวกสบายมาก แต่ผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับในตอนเช้าก็หยาบคายมากเมื่อเราเช็คเอาท์ เธอมองมาที่เราราวกับว่าเราน้อยกว่าเธอ เธอไม่เคยยิ้ม เธอไม่เคยขอบคุณเรา เธอไม่เคยถามว่าการเข้าพักของเราเป็นอย่างไร ยืนอยู่ที่นั่น แต่พูดจาหยาบคาย โอเค คุณทำเสร็จแล้ว คุณไปได้แล้ว ถ้าเธอไม่ชอบงานของเธอ เธอก็ไม่ควรจะอยู่ที่นั่น จะไม่กลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน ถ้าฉันเห็นเธอที่โต๊ะเมื่อเรามาถึง
