酒店內部硬件略微有些舊但是收拾的很乾凈，整體環境很好，很安全，早餐也很豐富，值得推薦。

Generally, a good service from the reception, outlook of the hotel and cleanliness. However, there is need to improve on catering. The most important part of a guest's stay in a hotel is the food and how it is served. Network was on an off, people now live online and its bad for business if you are to stay where you are not connected.

A lovely hotel with exceptional staff, who are very welcoming, professional and nothing is too much trouble. Food from the cool beans snack bar is lovely The restaurant is a buffet which is well stocked as well as a limited al la carte menu. If you are going to eat in the restaurant then the buffet is worth the $30 charge. We were here for business and at the weekend there was a wedding which made the hotel and pool area very noisy and busy and not as relaxing as it could have been. Overall a good hotel with wonderful staff

Will not be able to comment on food as did not eat at the hotel , only spend one night , booked basic room , the only down side I can mention the shower was not sealed enough the water was on the floor , not nice , but was not too bad

Cresta Hotel Harare thanks to Kudakwashe for his friendly welcoming smile. Such good service personalized we felt so special. Daily room service with a smile. Good stay after a traumatizing airbnb experience. Our holiday turned out to be amazing. Thank you Cresta Hotel Harare you guys rock!!
