"This hotel leaves nothing to be desired! The suite was very spacious, exceptionally well-maintained and clean, and beautifully furnished. The view of the Austrian Alps is simply the icing on the cake. The lighting, the Do Not Disturb function, and room cleaning requests can all be centrally controlled via a tablet. The spa is impressively large, and we were particularly impressed by the sauna area. The Eichenheim restaurant is the perfect place to end the evening with a Wiener Schnitzel or a steak cooked on a hot stone. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. All in all, the perfect location, whether for a weekend trip or a longer stay. We will definitely be back!"

"The service was great; thanks to the continuous phone customer service, any questions or issues that came up could be resolved directly. Furthermore, the location is excellent, right in the center of Kitzbühel. This allowed us to walk to the gondola for skiing. In the evenings, we were in the city center within 5 minutes to unwind. There was parking available directly at the accommodation, and the self-check-in went smoothly. The shared lounge was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy hot beverages in a cozy atmosphere."

"Recently renovated the Schweizerhof hotel is delightful. Ideally situated opposite the Hahnenkamm cable car and the railway station. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Our room was a comfort double with a spacious balcony. We overlooked the railway and it didn’t worry us, despite having the door open all night due to the heat. We did have gorgeous mountain views as well! We had half board which was an extensive and high quality breakfast buffet and a good choice of dishes in the evening. My only wish was that tea and coffee facilities were in the rooms, or failing that, a an espresso machine and tea making facility available 24 hours in the lobby or lounge. Despite that we hope to return ."
