We travelled the length of Vietnam for a few weeks and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. It didn't feel like a hotel. It was homely and as the name suggests, very charming. The staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed lying around the pool. The beds were very comfortable and decor was warm & inviting.

We had a massage by Ami and Ann in the spa and it was amazing! Not only did they make us feel comfortable, they understood where we needed the most attention on our bodies and did more than we requested! We went in for a head, shoulder and back massage but they pretty much did a full body! Couldn’t recommend enough!
