Excellent hotel always treat you like family if you want somewhere to relax or entertainment this is the perfect place been here 3 times and will be back for a forth the food is excellent and the service is second to none the room as always was exceptional and was cleaned daily I cannot recommend enough

Other than the rooms being on the tired side, I couldn’t fault my stay. The entertainment team are amazing and the staff are all very friendly. Would recommend upgrading to All Inclusive - definitely worth the extra money, and you can do it when you arrive.

Arrived around 23.00 , huge lack of information, arrived to room on 4th floor via a lift , to which only 2 lifts , very small and hot . Room was nice , flat screen TV, BBC news , telephone by bed , dial 99 to speak to reception, it doesn't tell you that, I had to ask when I was in reception the next day . Digital safe , hair dryer , fridge but its not filled . On arrival , no water in room , so had to go down to bar to get a drink and pick up bottle of water. No food after 21.00 , disappointed as its a long day travelling . Beach/pool towels , you have to pay a deposit of £5 or Dinars, Dinars hard to get , hotel offer a bus, free of charge to bank to get exchange but bank charge you 10 Dinars to change your money , when you return your towel , they give you Dinars , no good when your leaving , we left the money for our room maid. Beach isn't cleaned , 10 days and not saw any cleaning , sand is not raked , lots of cigarette ends etc , sun bed guy works hard , earns loads on tips Hotel next door , will exchange money , its convenient and fair exchange rate , walk out front of hotel and Steinurburg hotel is on left , security guys will walk you to reception ., they are really friendly, we stay in that hotel last year and much nicer than this hotel but dearer . Bring your own cup for pool /beach , otherwise your get a silly small size paper cup . See pic of glass ,next to small paper cup , that's how small they are . We used our cups at breakfast too . Drinks can only get cocktails in the reception bar, but trust me , they aren't cocktails . Beach bar is very small and basic . Eating , breakfast area very small , one chef does eggs and omelette, one does pancakes , got to turn up at right time to avoid queues . Afternoon , seasonal time , BBQ by beach is open , convenient, so don't have to go up to the main restaurant for lunch . Snacks after lunch , pancakes , doughnuts , ice cream , snack bar , burgers , salads, etc , are very basic, small but enough . Dinner , well, this takes it to the part we hated and will never come back . You have to choose a sitting time and that's your time , throughout your holiday , 18.30 to 19.30 or 20.00 to 21.00 , it's very loud , bright , it's not relaxing at all , it's actually feels awful , ramming food down you in an hour , as your table has someone else getting on after, of you book late sitting , they close doors up at 21.00 , just odd few people still eat but I feels very uncomfortable . You can eat in Al lacarte once for free in the Penache , it's peaceful, its fairly rushed too , choose your food , when you make your booking We paid to eat in Chinese too , £15 , expensive but needed to get away from the buffet , have to choose food when you book it too . Staff were all lovely , food does taste OK , fight the flies though . Entertainment team are the best we've experienced, very helpful if you want to know anything . Hotel obviously push them to sell bingo , T shirts etc . The shows are go

Staff are the ones that make this resort! They all treat you like life long friends! This is a great hotel with fantastic staff and great amenities, although your first days can be daunting while working out the routines and systems. Rooms are clean and tidy, but could do with mattress toppers as the beds are a little hard, however, the maid is always on hand for anything you may need. Being a vegetarian, I could find something to eat at each meal time and they always have fresh pasta and pizza! When you arrive keep an eye out for Omar! He will ensure you have an amazing experience in the main restaurant and/or barbecue. Avoid table 44 unless you’re over 65, female and like some flirty behaviour, As that’s all the waiter in that section focuses on. Space can be limited in the entertainment bar, so try and get there early! Soltani and bilel are the best bar staff by far! They will ensure your glasses are never empty and will always try and find you a seat with a massive smile on their face! The entertainment team are truly amazing, they never stop! Apart from Mondays when they get the break they deserve! Alina, Ziggy, and Skillah are amazing! And our group are genuinely going to miss seeing their faces everyday! The evening entertainment is fun and entertaining! unsure how they manage and remember all those dance routines while speaking 4 languages and ensuring that there are plenty of day time activities. Honestly the MJ tribute is out of this world, he’s on par with Micheal at coco bongos in Mexico! Lamin, Skillah & Ziggy were all amazing on the crazy train, thank you for making such a memorable experience! It’s definitely a must do trip! The staff at this hotel are what make this hotel great, we will definitely be back to this hotel again.

The entertainment team are fantastic and create a good vibe for the hotel, the activities are excellent! Transfer from the airport was about 45 mins, not too bad and staff nice upon arrival, although they don't tell you anything about how the hotel operates or what is on offer when you check in. Nice hotel, good food, lovely beach, the shows at night are decent and staff are very keen to get you involved. We had great weather on our stay! Rooms nice, beds are well suited to me and a good size for us both.

Everything about the hotel was great. The entertainment team, bar staff,and the people in general made our holiday worthwhile will certai ly be back.we have met some great people in this hotel.,all the animation team did a show on most nights

This is my second time in Sentido phenicia hotel, such Amazing entertainment team, waiters, bar staff, they make such a great holiday, big shout out to elina, Rosa, Sasha, ziggy, skilla. such hard workers and make a great experience! and make the holiday very memorable, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back again,

Really nice hotel. Never seen such enthusiastic staff who are genuinely pleased to see you every day and go out their way to help you. Buffet food not bad, bbq every lunch is really good, breakfast bit of a let down. Chinese restaurant is amazing as is the Spa (went to both twice) Entertainment team so friendly and really good evening shows. The Crazy train is an absolute hoot. Always got a sun longer regardless of what time of day. Will we return? Absolutely

The best entertainment team, delicious meals and the best hotel team. Beautiful views, the city is amazing. We have the best time ever. Pool was super, we could spent there the whole day. Beach beautiful, sunbed with umbrellas for free, rooms was ok.

Excellent stay here at Phoenicia Hotel 4 star + Still on holiday here for next few days and we don’t want to leave, food is superb with a variety for all, staff are of high standard, we highly recommend this hotel, best of all is the entertainment team who give you a very very warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the day and night, can not fault them they work hard to please your stay, we are staying in swim up pools witch are kept clean daily and very spacious.

Hotel was really nice, service was fantastic, especially the Chef who made it easier for one of our party who had dietary requirements and the entertainment team were absolutely fantastic. I'm not one for getting involved in the daytime or evening activities, but I did this time as did the family and we all fully enjoyed it.

Nice outdoor heated pool, good new years entertainment, stayed with grandson. We had a swim up pool room, very nice , that's also heated. Childrens entertainment is very good. Food is good and all staff very friendly, bar staff will bring you your drinks to your table. Has a beautiful clean beach and bar on the beach and even open in winter. Had a very good stay.

Great entertainment, exceptional cleaners, very friendly staff, for someone who is a vegetarian and gluten free food options were limited/repetitive but the chefs made extra effort once they knew I.e gluten free bread. The entertainment staff were very engaging and ensured a good time. Very personable and passionate about what they do. Came in low season when hotel offers were limited so can only imagine how much more options and activities would be available in peak/high season.
