房子寬敞明亮，主要是乾淨，設施齊全，服務也不錯，退房前主動電話聯繫詢問是否再次預訂，門口還有露天游泳館，挺方便！

先説優點，在市區有一片地方很難得，門口就有很多吃的，很是方便。
再説不太好的地方：設施陳舊還好，燈罩臟，牆面有污漬也沒啥。但是，園景房外面都是車，清早被一聲喇叭振醒（圖七）。
所有桌面有玻璃保護，但有破損，孩子在太危險了，衹好反過來對着牆壁（圖六）。。。。。。
再説説體驗：定的家庭房，枕頭衹給兩個，游泳票也衹給兩張，還是我問了才給的，問為什麼不是三張或者四張，前台理直氣壯的説床是兩張的。床兩張就是兩張票，兩個枕頭？？那為什麼叫親子房？？？？衹好買票帶孩子去了。
再來，晚上找不到吹風筒，問前台説在衣櫃裏面的抽屜裏，可我們那屋不止衣櫃沒有門，抽屜也沒有啊！服務員來了，很不耐煩的拉開桌子那邊一個把手已經沒有的抽屜（圖四），説“不是在這裏嘛！”那語氣那態度，瞬間想吵架！！！！。。。。。
還有還有，晚上從游泳池回房間，就在大堂前面分岔路，一個穿着一次性圍腰的男的，就在樹下小便！震碎三觀啊！！！
這酒店，來一次就好，真是沒有對比沒有傷害，前一天在欽州的酒店吊打這家。
再次強調，不要被其他評價説游泳池和温泉是免費的，記得找前台要票，不要不説不給的，人多了自己買票哈。家庭房也是衹有兩張票哦！可能兩個人是一家，三口四口不算家庭吧。

非常滿意，房間很大，衞生間也很好哦，孩子最喜歡的有一個游泳泳池，玩了兩晚上，很開心，温泉也不錯😊希望有機會再去，感謝前台美女們還給免費給升級了房間。酒店旁邊還有一家非常好吃的小龍蝦點，吃住行都很方便，離機場也很方便，完美。

價格便宜是真便宜，但是，真的夠破夠老！硬件升級價格貴點也可以，衞生情況堪憂，水池都是發黃的水垢，媽媽生日當天想讓廚房下一碗生日麪，告知自助餐沒有單獨點餐的！服！隔音也很差，水流聲，説話聲清楚可聽見，太可怕了

I stayed at room 202 and the place does look like the renovation is not complete. Got exposed wires showing when entered in the living room area. And the light opposite of bath tub doesnt turn off, cant find the switch to turn off.

Has a good breakfast and the hot springs/swimming pool was nice. However it’s separate from the hotel and you get a one use ticket.

The rooms are spacious and clean, most important the beds are good size and quite comfortable. There is a pool next door with hot tub (natural) which was nice and enjoyable. We had a three stay as we were visiting family in Haikou, I can recommend the hotel.
