Fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Riad! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the food for both breakfast and dinner was excellent. The rooftop bar had the most mesmerizing views of Fes, and a massage at the spa was outstanding. We would highly recommend this Riad and hope to return someday.
Palais d'Hotes is a beautiful Riad (hotel with garden area and indoor pool) and lovely rooms (all suites) located in the Medina in Fes. We stayed for three nights. The staff were very service focused and ensured that we lacked nothing. A somewhat limited but good breakfast was served on a rooftop terrace, with eggs, breads, teas, and coffees all available. Guests order breakfast the night before, and it can be served in your room or on the terrace. On our last day, we departed before breakfast hours, and they packed us a to-go breakfast box. The Medina in Fes is very complex and easy to get lost in - the roads meander and cellphone GPS is not always reliable. The staff took great effort in ensuring that we did not get lost. One of the staff even walked with us to a restaurant we wanted to try in order to ensure that we knew the way. We really enjoyed our stay in Fes, and the Palais d'Hotes Suites was a very authentic experience. I would definitely stay here again.
PPat HOur stay at Riad Adarissa exceeded our expectations in every way. We selected it based on the reviews and its location in the Medina. The property itself is authentic old world Morroco and the hospitality was out of this world. They arranged a driver to meet us at the airport who took us to the walls of the Medina. Haddou, our host at the Riad, met us there and helped us navigate the winding streets to the property where we met Jean Claude the owner. Our guest room was very unique, nothing like the many chain hotels we stay in. But that’s exactly what we were looking for…an authentic Morrocan experience. What really made this stay exceptional was the service. We felt like guests in Jean Claude’s home and enjoyed many conversations with him over dinner. He couldn’t have been more hospitable. Haddou is an absolute gem and made our stay one we will remember forever. There was nothing he wouldn’t do to make our stay more enjoyable. His wife, Hanane, a trained chef, prepared our dinner all four nights of our stay. The food was so delicious and the hospitality so delightful we decided to enjoy all our dinners at the Riad. Our stay ended with Haddou leading us out of the Medina and making sure we were in a taxi headed to the train station. I find in my travel experiences that it’s the people that make a stay memorable and in this case unforgettable.
Our stay at Riad El Yacout was amazing. From the minute that we walked in we felt the positive energy and incredible hospitality. The staff could not have been more engaging and helpful as they checked us in, dealt with our bags, and offered us a welcome tea and snack! The Riad is just beautiful with special touches of Morocco at every turn. The decor, pool and garden area and tile work made you feel as you had ventured back in time even though every modern convenience was there. Our room had a wonderful separate seating area as we walked in and the bedroom was decorated with spectacular Moroccan tile work. We were only there for 2 nights but the staff made us feel like royalty and family. We were able to have a few meals there and each was outstanding...there was so much food at the breakfasts it was amazing! We did not get their names but there was an older gentleman and a young woman who were at the main desk and both were extremely kind and helpful! The manager, Marcos, was an absolute bundle of energy who made an effort to get to know every guest. He spent time with us by the pool as we had a light dinner on our first night. It was great to get to know him and he made that night and each day very special for us! We loved watching Marcos and his team working so hard to make everyone feel like they were the most important person there. When Marcos walked us to our car on our last day I pulled him aside and said that I had worked with many great teams before and they all have one thing in common, they are a reflection of a very positive and supportive leader. Marcos and team - You Rock! We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend Riad El Yacout!
ผผู้เข้าพักAn absolutely amazing experience, we were treated like royalty during our stay! The Riad is stunningly beautiful and we were extremely comfortable and appreciative of the above and beyond hospitality. Especially enjoyed the rooftop dining. We visited several cities in Morocco however Fes was our favorite and we definitely will return to Riad El Amine on our next visit, it was a wonderful experience.
ผผู้เข้าพักOne of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its location in a newly developed area, which offered a sense of safety compared to the bustling old town. The hotel's proximity to the Blue Gate, just a quick 10-minute taxi ride away, made exploring the enchanting attractions of Fes, such as the leather dying factory, serene sanctuaries, and vibrant markets, a breeze. Although the winter weather prevented me from enjoying the swimming pool, I was captivated by the picturesque garden view and the relaxing ambiance of the balcony. The room itself was spacious and provided ample comfort for two people. Overall, Hotel Volubilis provided a convenient, comfortable, and visually pleasing experience, making my stay in Fes truly memorable.
ผผู้เข้าพักGood location - clean rooms - average breakfast. Has parking. Courteous - serious staff. Nice swimming pool. A bit expensive compared to other hotels. Clean but old hotel. Worth of money (5/10)
