The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It takes 20 min to get ot the old city center by walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the room. The only issue was the minibar containing a beer bottle refilled with water left by previous guests and empty complimentary water bottles at the check in and after the housekeepers visit. And the smart tv doesn’t connect to the phone (the code given is no longer valid) nor opens YouTube, so we could only watch Spanish television.

Lacks overall 5 Star Service , we checked in around 9PM and as well during the day no one is standing next to the entry to help out or greet , reception is hidden , water comes in plastic bottles at room temperature, no other welcome snacks and you need to call for a toothbrush. Had been in other JW and Westin and was treated like a queen , but overall this time in Valencia is more a YMCA self service check in feeling . We liked the space in the room and that the windows could get partially opened. Would try a different 5 star in Valencia next time .

The first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and around the hotel, it’s very accessible to many places, will definitely come back again in our next visit to Valencia. The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.

Заселились без разговоров на 2 часа раньше. И разрешили освободить номер в 14 часов. Кроме того, в отеле взяли наши сумки до времени в аэропорт. Молодцы. В номерах прекрасное постельное белье, белоснежный полотенца. Уборка каждый день. Останавливаться будем именно здесь в Валенсии.

Beautiful views from the room and everything was clean. The only problem i found was that the beer in the minibar had been drunk by a sneaky guest and filled with water, and had the lid put back on. I phoned up reception, and they said they would bring two beers, but they never came. Have a wonderful time other than that the beach was beautiful

Great location and reasonably priced for a four star hotel by the beach. Guests have free access to the gym and €15 (half price) access to the spa, although it’s unfortunate that you cannot get a separate pass to use only the pool- that would’ve been good. The restaurant seems overpriced, with breakfast at €22 per person so I did not try it. Very clean bedroom and bathroom and comfy bed, although the mini fridge was not cold at all (even after I changed settings) and the aircon was slow. Not soundproof at all– luckily I had earplugs but my partner didn’t and you could hear people entering and leaving their rooms from the elevator, as well as hearing everything outside the window.

This property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.

Great breakfast, good facilities. The location is convenient with a public parking below the hotel.
