The light fixture in the kitchen needs to be cleaned out a flies. The key doors are very difficult to unlock and unlock. The bathroom doors do not lock which is not safe. It was nice having tea and coffee available and we were attended to quickly when we first arrived. We felt that overall the place felt a little tired.

The peninsula is truly amazing. So many waterfalls! The cliffs on the west end are truly awesome! Such a beautiful area. Even the Northern Lights showed up our second evening. The hotel was wonderful. The self help kitchen was a great way to save money. Cant wait to come back.

Absolute best place we stayed during our trip to Iceland. Spacious rooms. Great amenities. Nice, quiet location. Stayed two separate times during our journey. Would definitely stay again!

Among the highlights of my trip, this spot stood out as a favorite. Although somewhat secluded, its proximity to just one town enhances the experience, especially for witnessing the Northern Lights amidst the darkness in the area. I would unquestionably revisit when I return to Iceland.

The guest house is in a great location. The check in was easy and it was nice to have a kitchen. We stopped at the grocery store in town and saved so much money buying food and preparing it in the kitchen. Would stay again.
