It was a wonderful stay. The place is peaceful and beautiful. The room and bathroom so nice and super clean. The breakfast was romantic and delicious, I really appreciated it. The owner was so so kind and nice with us, a very gentle person. I absolutely recommend it.

This is run by a family and it is amazing as you could sense their love for the place which makes you feel right at home. It is an excellent place should one want to get away from the busy city life. There is parking on the place and the breakfast is amazing; the day before guests can choose what they would like to have for breakfast and the next morning one finds a basket readily prepared for breakfast. Will stay here again for sure.

Owner very friendly and knowledgable about history and amenities of the location, also very helpful wth advice on where to eat and what to do. Country location so car is needed but set in beautiful Tuscan scenery not too far from the seaside. Everything an experienced traveller needs is provided for, I would recommend it.

È orami il quarto anno che la nostra stagione “estiva” si apre da Ilario , e in quattro anni , uno dopo l’altro, ha sempre confermato l alto livello di ospitalità, disponibilità, pulizia, servizi, qualità e abbondanza della colazione, una menzione speciale ai bimbi scottino al vermentino…. Impagabile tranquillità In posizione strategica per visitare la Maremma, la costa , l entroterra… Ilario è prodigo di consigli e suggerimenti, le bici a disposizione ti consentono di esplorare il parco della Maremma senza pensieri CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Siamo venuti da Belgio e il nostro soggiorno in Poggiolivi è stato una settimana di vera pace e tranquillità. Il proprietario Ilario è gentilissimo e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Tutte le stanze pulitissime e la colazione ottima. Soprattutto la formula di cestini con tutti prodotti locali che permette di mangiare a un'ora scelta. Abbiamo solo elogi per questo agriturismo. Lo consiglio vivamente. Grazie ancora di tutto.

Un agriturismo nel vero senso della parola, a**osfera familiare attenzioni per i cani che erano in nostra compagnia , nella pace della campagna ma vicini a tutto ci torneremo per un momento di relax. I padroni di casa accoglienti ed affabili .
