Hotel was empty, asked for a room with a better view (a few doors from our room) so that we can see the ocean unobstructed. There were no difference in rates in the rooms. The service agent lied to us that the hotel was fully booked (I could have reserved 10 rooms on ******* that minute) and did not even look at our request. The room was dirty so was the washroom. Clearly they want to be an upscale resort but are really not.

When I asked about the midsummer ; flowerbinging , they did not know were it was. They gace me a map . and send me too find it my self. Well they pointed one way , but that was the wrong way. The spa cost 375 kr and the pool area was very disapontet. Way too expenic . The room was ok. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is huge. So there are loads of people. It is in a very nice environment, right by the ocean. This hotel is though like a mass production of tourists. Not one inch of personality. So either you like it or not. They have gone digital, for example you get the key via an app. Maybe good for some and convenient, but it is also not personal. An idea is for the hotel to have better signs to the rooms as you don’t go to the front desk. We walked around for a while. They send you a link with info, but not your personal info, like the time for the dinner you booked etc…So the digital transformation is not that good. As a normal boring Swedish hotel, they don’t clean the rooms on your stay due to the environment…what is bad for the environment to make the beds and take out old coffee cups? You can ask for cleaning, but you need to do that the evening before. They have bikes for rent, but for a horrendous price. 120SEK/hour and bike. So for a family you can’t take the bikes to Grebbestad for dinner without getting robbed. You wonder why they encourage you to take the car…not very modern. But they don’t clean the rooms due to environment….hahaha… To use the shuffleboard cost 200SEK/hour. This stuff are usually for free in many hotels, it feels very cheap to ask for loads of money for just some games. The SPA is nice, but no jacuzzi. 3 saunas though and an outdoor hot tub. We had a nice dinner with a very nice server. The breakfast is ok, but of course very crowded. The bread was the best together with the omelette chef. We stayed in a room with sea view. Small and boring. No conditioner but a small balcony. After two nights I haven’t met one staff except for the server and the omelette chef. I won’t be back, I like personality. This hotel doesn’t want to have any interaction with their guests.

Really nice hotel in a beautiful environment. Went there with my 8-year old son to celebrate his 9th birthday. Would have given it 4 stars or more if it wasn't for our dinner at the restaurant. One person gave us a table, a second took our orders, a third served us bread, a fourth our meal and a 5th took care of our payment. In the middle of our dinner my son needed to visit the restroom when we got back our table was cleared, despite me telling the barman 10 feet from our table that we were coming back. My son was done but I was not halfway into my meal. I was offered a new plate or a desert for my son which he didn't want, and to restart a dinner with an 8-year old that's finished isn't a great idea. A compensation on the bill would have been the proper solution for us but the several waiters obviously didn't communicate well this night, and repeating the mistake for several people in the staff really shouldn't be necessary. Apart from that we loved the place, nice poolarea, gym, spa, proper rooms and overall a relaxing energizing environment. Shame the dinner didn't work out the same way.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! With SPA and lovely dinner! And a fantastic Brunch! One night at the hotel - with SPA and good food, felt like a minivacation! Still smiling! We are sure to come back!

Comfortabel and nice atmosphere. Love the food experience. Didn't notice the renovation going on at the time. Access to the pool was included as part of the stay. It was very crowded by the pool and the jacuzzi was always occuppied.

Great place by the sea. Good pool for the kids and adults too. Friendly staff and very good restaurants. Good for walks, recreation and activities. You can go by car or boat. The harbour has all facilities.

Overall it was good. But there were some things that can be improved. We had a family suit. It was only vaccumed on the floors We see. For ex under the sofa and under the bed, there were old food, dust, and really really dirty. The top bed (bunkbeds) had No sheets and it was dirty. We had an infant with us, 6 months. The purpose of our trip was go to the bath ”stora blå”. But the water in the babypool was so cold that she could not be there. This made us to go back to the room. So the purpose of the trip was not met. And the lady’s changing room was really dirty. Otherwise amazing breakfast and very Nice and helpful staff. Hopefully the pool Will be heated and rooms clean better for our next visit.

Our stay was a mixed experience. If you ordering dinner, and the text is: the kitchens choise: ask what is served. We was very disappointed. Halibut would not be our desire. And the appetizer was undefinable. Not good for our youth, either the rest of us. The pools was a good experience. This is recommended. The breakfast was just gorgeous. Just ask for the menu before ordering.
