Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice.
The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.

Great service, clean and comfy. The view was crap just looking at the roof , bathroom had water seeping thru the cracks in the floor tiles in the bathroom. Had to put towels down to keep from getting feet wet.

Everything was great. Room clean, staff friendly. But on Sunday when we were all planning to swim they closed the pool for maintenance. Just very frustrating as this is the reason we booked this hotel.

Rugs are bumpy and torn up. Paint is all over the baseboards, the bathroom is showing unfinished drywall behind the mirror. For the amount of money I paid it's a very dated tired old hotel. It was terribly noisey. I am in Salt lake at a hotel I paid less for right now and it's new and beautiful. Great falls is terribly overpriced and not even a 2 star.

It was clean and comfortable. I would choose to stay here again. We stay in about 10 hotels every year and this was one of our best stays!

Walking in our room while sleeping. Renting a room when it was not open to rent. No communication between help. An apology isn't going to be enough or firing staff. We want a refund for our stay, both rooms. Not everyone is pet friendly, some are allergic to pets. You also went in my daughters room without being asked and scared her. I'm mad as hell.

Noisy people in lobby area disrupted our night more than once. Staff was not professional looking. No telephone in our room. Mold in the shower. Toilet didn't flush good.
