I went to the spa and had a problem with my shoulder and basak sorrted it for me I can't be my re happier they are excellent.i would recommend it to anyone the service is outstanding I can say they are excellent so friendly and helpful absolutely fantastic never had such good service

The best animation team ever met. Especially Ibrahim, Melisa and their manager Deniz were really friendly and helpful. They made our holiday unforgettable although all negative things about facilities that I will mention on the following. Negative points: - Facilities needs to be renewed because it looks too old and you can easily smell yeast and mould in the rooms. - House keeping was absolutely not performing well. - Foods quality was really poor. Price performance ratio is really low. Only few stations was paying your money back which is omelette station and snack bar were serving really good food and friendly approach. The rest of the food court was quite poor. - reception was the worst station ever. Normally you expect warm welcome when you arrive to a place first time. But they were behaving as if they were guest and we were their servants. Which was really big shock from the very beginning of your experience. - The drinks at the bars were to poor and low quality. I have never ever seen such poor level regardless of the price. And the bar tenders were ordinary waiters and has not enough knowledge about the cocktails.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my boyfriend and Mum. The hotel itself is amazing, with 3 pools (main large pool, kids pool and quiet pool for those who dont like the poolside music/ entertainment). Amazing views in and around the hotel, with lots of lovely animals around the grounds like ducks, cats/ kittens, peacocks and more. There's a beach right in front of the hotel which includes free sunbeds, worth mentioning the sea is nice and clear, only downfall here is the beach is quite rocky. The all inclusive drinks were great, with a nice range of cocktails to choose from all day and evening. The food was good quality, however I'd say quite repetitive with the same/ similar dishes on for lunch and tea across the 5 days we were there. There's a snack bar which serves burgers, freshly made pizza, chips and salad which was really nice to mix up the lunch and incredible views over the beach. The rooms were lovely, nice and spacious with lovely bathrooms and spacious balcony. Most of the staff were friendly, however worth mentioning they spoke little to no English. All in all a really nice pleasant hotel and we all had a lovely time, just the repetitive meals I would say is it's only downfall.

We visited the Hotel in October, it was one week gateway. The territory of the Hotel is amazing - green and beautiful. There are a lot of friendly cats and cocks, chicken , ducks. The room was not really clean, as the wardrobe is never checked- we had dusty shelves and stained sleepers inside it. The bathroom is not too bad but the shower handler was never cleaned as well. Sometimes we had to ask reception desk to clean our room again, as the bottle of water was not replaced and towels were not changed when we left them on the floor. The food was nice but more oriented for russian people first days of our vacation. That was nice to taste Turkish dishes all other days! The breakfast was always amazing and coffee was very tasty as well. We were prepared to pay for the Wi-Fi as we have read the reviews before, but this is really very weird in all inclusive Hotel. Actually, the same we experienced in Antalya airport- free wifi only for 30 minutes. The strangest thing for us was also traditional Turkish coffee for an extra charge. The beach was nice and clean, however in the sea I hurt my foot because of something very sharp . We went to a doctor, who helped us to put a bandage, where we were also charged extra. Anyway, thanks to doctor, he was really very helpful. Guest relation Ulas was always friendly and kind, as well as guys from the bar. Amazing girl in glasses from the restaurant team made us wonderful cocktails. We will probably not return to this hotel, however it was good experience for 1 week.

Such a lovely holiday! Arrived early in morning, check in very easy, shown to our rooms and given a snack which was much appreciated. Glad to find a kettle and tea in the room. Room was fine except very uncomfortable bed! Air conditioning was good which we really needed. Room was cleaned every day, even the mugs were changed. The hotel itself is beautiful. Built among the trees, lots of chickens and ducks, cats and kittens. We went to the beach every day rather than the pools, no problem getting sunbeds. Yes it is a bit stony but just go in to the sea from the pier. Keep you legs moving though or the fish nibble!! Staff were lovely, we always make a point of talking to all the staff we meet as they work very hard, and they were great. Food was good, especially enjoyed lunches at the snack bar, great pizza and flatbreads. Didn't go out of the hotel much but did walk along to look at the shops. Really enjoyable stay, thank you very much

We booked this holiday via the lovely Gill at Travel Counsellors and I have to say that it couldn’t have gone any smoother. She literally booked everything including our seats flying with Easyjet, plus airport transfers. Highly recommended! This location is on a long stretch of road which hosts lots of hotels with shops within walking distance and cabs/buses are easily accessable. The Champion Village Hotel is so relaxing with tall trees lovely views, birds (including a peacock) cats, ducks and chickens all roaming freely on the outskirts of the main areas of the grounds. The grounds are constantly maintained and clean as are the pools and bars which lead you onto the beach area with seating and sun beds everywhere. Rooms are basic but clean and towels were changed and room cleaned daily. The staff are friendly and they are always keen to help you and serve your needs. The food was good as there were no real standard British dishes which made for a decent change although their hot plates were not up to keeping food hot. That’s the only negative I can find! Never been on an all inclusive before as they don’t appeal to me but this was a great experience so I’d consider it again. Not a place for people looking for a fast pace party hotel but one to chill out and relax.
