the stay is enjoyable but some of the female staff is not friendly.

Coffee was not available, even during breakfast. When available it was tepid, cold and undrinkable. Disappointing.

We planned our family trip for months; unfortunately, I got sick on our first day in NY so I stayed most of the time at the hotel room and I’m glad everything there (room, service, etc) made my stay comfortable despite of my condition. I may add that it has the right location…The urgent care Clinic was closed to the hotel, the hospital too, a variety of restaurants as well!

Hotel is very clean, looks quite new. The only minor issue I had was with the bathtub—it was a little bit beat up , as though a small area was or was attempted to be resealed. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Dated. Way too expensive for what you get. Limited outlets near bed. Absolutely NO extras. We booked a suite with an open out couch because nothing else was available with two separate beds. There were no extra sheets available for the couch. I would have to be in a real pinch to stay there again.

We checked in at 11pm and checked out at 10am. It was a great place to sleep for our family of 4 before we spent the day at Legoland.

Very nice and the Lady who checked me in was very helpful and knowledgeable about what goes on in the hotel that me as a guest could take advantage of. I will be back.
