非常完美的一次入住體驗，晚上八點多才到酒店，從進門開始一切都非常周到，接待的小姐姐美出天際。驚喜的被升了房，整個酒店很新、很美，可以體驗的項目多，包括各種泳池，spa，私人海灘。每個酒店員工都極具服務意識，所有的訴求都得到了滿足。我們在這個酒店呆了整整一天，完全是放鬆度假的狀態。如果可以，我會給10星

酒店地理位置有點遠， 如不是自駕遊不太建議 但酒店外觀很美，設施很齊全，有很多泳池。房屋設計風格不錯，只是較暗。 服務很好

房間很乾凈。還是很喜歡這個酒店的。服務也很好，前台小哥哥很有耐心，每一個服務人員都面帶微笑。如果下次去，還是會選擇這個酒店。重點是景色無敵。

De grandes difficultés d’expression et de communication de la part de l’équipe. Je pense que entre eux ils ne se comprennent pas. L’anglais n’est pas acquis pour tout le personnel. Néanmoins, certaines personnes a l’accueil sont tres aimables. Manque d’animation, assez ennuyant. Mais la piscine reste tres sympathique

Excellent hôtel prestation haut de gamme accueil au top !!!! Une mention spéciale à Iveta la guest manager !!!! Elle est géniale nous avions un problème de réservation et grâce à elle nous avons pu passer un magnifique séjour !!! Elle est professionnelle avec un cœur énorme Nous avons eu une très belle attention pour nos 20 ans de mariage ☺️ MERCI IVETA !!!!!

The hotel offers an excellent buffet breakfast with both cooked and continental offerings. Dinner can be taken in buffet restaurant, or you can take a discount of €15.00 per person in Mitato that has Cretan dishes. Buffet food can be uninspiring and been sitting around for hours, however this is not the case here. Good selection which is continuously checked and replenished. Cretamos restaurant was not open during our stay. Platia pop up style restaurant does an excellent range of Greek dishes at lunchtime in a taverna setting. Lovely pool area that has both warmed and ambient temperature pools. Separate spa area with indoor and outdoor pools. Advertised as the largest spa in Crete. There is a shuttle minivan down to the beach 5 minutes away that is shared with sister hotel Royal Blue Resort. Beach is sandy and protected by a breakwater so the water is calm to swim in. Nearest town is Panormos which is €8 in a taxi or there is a mini train available. Very little open when we visited, as it was early season, but found a nice taverna for dinner in the town square. Mnepeketi does great food and has very friendly service. The one thing that stands out here is the staff. They are always friendly, helpful and accommodating. They all deserve praise but special mentions go to Leonadis in the lobby bar, Erini in Gea restaurant who were super friendly. We changed rooms, mid stay to one with the sun on the balcony, and the this was handled promptly and hassle free. Special thanks to Michael who took us to view a couple of room options and moved our luggage. All in all a great hotel, but not for people looking for a lively location. Live music and DJ most nights at the hotel, but would need to travel to nearby towns for a livelier scene.

Went for a week at the end of April, the very start of their season. Food buffet at breakfast and dinner was good. One of main swimming pools was heated. Lovely sea views from all rooms. Stayed in room with private pool, beautiful room, pool not heated. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Access to private beach at Royal blue hotel which is only 5minute walk away.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday at The Royal Senses Resort & Spa Crete. A five-star experience which left us sad to leave, but we did so refreshed. Every member of staff we met went out of their way to help and often suggested things, we weren’t aware of to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Arrival: We arrived by hire car and found the hotel easily. We were immediately greeted, our luggage removed from the car and we were shown to reception. We were requested to take a seat, where we were offered a lovely cocktail and ice cold towel to refresh us. The check-in process was calm and thorough. I was welcomed as Diamond member and despite having booked a lovely room we were given a complimentary upgrade to the best room type in the hotel, a Grand Villa with Sea View and Private Pool. We were then driven (buggy) to our Villa, luggage taken upstairs and given a tour of the facilities. From the Villa (1606) we could walk around the grounds or take the funicular/cable railway straight down to the restaurants/main pools. Villa: Our villa had the main bedroom upstairs (large TV), glass ceilinged shower/double sink and dressing room area. Also, upstairs was a private suntrap with king-size lounger area with pillows. Sockets had a USB A point on either side of the large and incredibly comfortable bed. Downstairs we had two sofas, one was made up for our son’s bed, large TV, dining area as well as second shower/double sink area. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker and complimentary water. The TV’s allowed you to connect your phone and play music from the hotel app or your own music app. The outside table and chairs let us play cards and relax and when we got too hot, we could take a dip in our private plunge pool. (Having first taken a shower and after, if you wanted to clean off the salt water). Waking up each morning to an infinity view out of our Villa and into the blue ocean was marvellous. We could also park our car just a stone’s throw from the Villa or we could have left it by reception too. Eating: We opted for half board and enjoyed dinner, and breakfast, in the main restaurant. We opted to sit outside as it was pleasant and away from the bustle of people choosing food. The range of food was large and of excellent quality and we usually paid for wine/water too. We were lucky enough to try the degustation menu (with wines) in the Cretamos restaurant which was outstanding. Generally, I no longer choose paired wines as I know what I like, but in this instance it was a great way to try new Greek wines, which were all lovely and suited each course. And as we were half board, we got a small credit towards that meal as well as our son being given a complimentary main course which he loved, a rare steak. Pools: the kids loved the water slides, one lazy river (sit up and it is very lazy, lie back and you go like a rocket) and two straight down slides. It took hours for the kids (and adults) to get bored of them and you

All’arrivo siamo stati accolti dal personale della reception che si è rivelato fin da subito molto disponibile e cortese. Le camere e gli ambienti hanno superato le nostre aspettative. Anche la qualità del cibo è davvero alta e l’attenzione dello staff corona il tutto. Un valore aggiunto sono senz’altro la palestra, spa e area ‘adults only’ che permettono un relax a 360°. Raccomando vivamente questo resort, non vedo l’ora di tornarci e provare anche altre strutture The Curio Collection! Tommaso&Francesca
