Great location, nice property, however it needs overall refurbishing. The hotel was perfectly clean, the bathroom impeccable and probably the best breakfast I had in years, easily beating 5 star hotels. Staff is really nice and helpful - absolutely no problems there. On the downside: the beds comfort level is not too good, it would deserve better, quality mattresses - now they are low mediocre and spoil the night. Overall the place is kept well but after a nice refurbishing all 4 stars would shine in the region and would make it probably the best choice around. Now the stars are a bit rusty and some of them sad. Anyway, for breakfast, try the Liptauer - it is the best I ever had in my life (really!). With fresh bread - it is a dream come true. :)

Several visits over the past years but forgot to rate. Never disappointed and fairly consistent. Love the breakfast buffet with local bubbles. The highlight is certainly the beef tartare paired with a local wine. Though those wines, just coming from down the street, are in my opinion too expensive.

Probably 70s or 80s hotel which isn’t among the architectural charms of Rust. We weren’t tempted to dine in the hotel dining room. Nevertheless the hotel was very comfortable and to be recommended. Our rooms were large and comfortable with excellent big beds and in theory air conditioning (though it wasn’t working when we tried it in mid-May). Very quiet. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and we were able to park right in front of the hotel. And the hotel is right next to Rust’s charming historic centre. Friendly and efficient reception staff.

Wir haben als Paar das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht, es liegt im Bilderbuch-Ortskern von Rust, den ich zu den schönsten Orten Österreichs zählen möchte. Zugleich liegt das Hotel direkt am Schilfgürtel (mit eigenen Seezugang), Gänse, Störche und andere Wildtiere sind unmittelbare Nachbarn. Das Wetter war schön und wir haben die unmittelbare Umgebung erkundet, daher haben wir das Wellnessangebot nicht genutzt und ich habe diesen Punkt unbewertet belassen. Das Hotel selbst kann ich durchwegs positiv bewerten. Wir hatten keinen Grund für Beanstandungen und ich möchte mich auch hier gerne beim Team bedanken!

Das Restaurantpersonal ist äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist extrem reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Sauna- und Schwimmbadbereich war sehr gepflegt, ruhig und erholsam. Im Empfangsbereich standen täglich etwa 10 Tageszeitungen zur Verfügung.

Es war wieder ein erholsamer Kurzurlaub. Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, das Abendessen ausgezeichnet. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen Indoorpool, eine Tennishalle und einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und das bezaubernde Städtchen ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Störche auf den Kaminen sind wirklich sehenswert. Die süßen Graugänse im Garten des Hotels ebenfalls. Immer ein schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Es bietet Annehmlichkeiten wie Hallenbad oder Indoor-Tennisplätze und vieles mehr. Die Lage direkt am Neusiedler See ist einmalig. Die Architektur des großen Speisesaales in seiner Zeltform ist ebenfalls sehenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, freundlicher Empfang. Ich konnte alle gewünschten Bereiche trotz Rollstuhl gut erreichen. Das Zimmer war barrierefrei und das Bad sogar mit dem Rollstuhl befahrbar. Ein Handtuchhalter direkt beim Waschbecken und helleres Licht dazu helfen sicher. Ein zusätzlicher Haltegriff in der Dusche beim Einstieg gäbe mehr Sicherheit. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Bedienung freundlich und hilfsbereit.
