Seems Marriott bought into the touristy - must pay for everything part of Gatlinburg. No Wi-Fi. Must pay for breakfast - even as simple as a banana or orange juice. Refused to serve a 61 yo a drink at bar without ID. (After a day of snow sports - just too tired to go back to room). A 61 yo - really? Just didn’t seem like the customer was a focus. have been disappointed a few times lately with Marriott which, historically, was reputable.
