Came to relax by the river. They gave me an updated room but the window wood not open so had to leave the door open to hear it. The LED fireplace was great with options for lighting. That was cool. The pillows were great and squishy, however the bed was too soft for me. There was only a sheet and a thin blanket o. The bed so glad I brought one. I was disappointed that the office was closed and you had to go across the river to check in. Also had to do that if you wanted breakfast and again to check out. Would have been nice to know that in advance.

Very convenient location to everything . Room was Comfortable and the view of the river flowing was nice. Good value for the money . Would stay there again . Staff was also nice and friendly.. Ww were even lucky enough to get some snow while we were there

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. The rooms were nice , clean and very comfortable. The sweet lady at the front desk was always helpful and was the most kind person . I will definitely stay here again .

Had to walk 1/4 mile to sister facility for breakfast … NOT made aware of this upon booking. No ice machine-also had to walk 1/4 mile to sister facility to obtain ice.. no offer from staff to obtain. Maid service first day but did not make bed. NO maid service second day - had to go request fresh towels, etc. Needs updated but was fairly clean.

What a quant place in the heart of town. Within walking distance of all shops, stores, restaurants etc. All rooms have balcony over the river. Enjoyed view every morning and sounds of river under the stars. Also included breakfast at the sister property just a 5 min walk away. Everything you need to start the day. Hot coffee, waffle makers, fresh juice, scrambled eggs and sausage patties, etc.

Had a great view of the river was great drinking coffee and watching it it the morning the staff was friendly. Everything was walking distance and the mountains was a 10 minute drive. Has great breakfast every morning

The hotel exterior has been deteriorated by time and the close proximity to the river. There are some areas of the facility that quite honestly look awful and borderline unsafe. That said, the room itself was completed updated and immaculate. The balcony over the river was great. Amenities such as ice, breakfast etc. are shared with another hotel and require you to walk or drive at least 1/2 mile or so in order to access. A huge inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay in Rm 126. Clean, remodeled, balcony over the river. The only drawback was the lobby is in dire need of remodeling; I felt like I was in a dark, mystery movie while registering. Staff was more than friendly and helpful, though. Also, the parking spaces need better identification.

I was very underwhelmed by the room and the hotel overall. Our room had been updated but the felt very bland as there were no decorations of any kind in it. The shower was wonderfully big, but that was necessary as it has no door! You can shower but your always trying to position yourself to bounce the spray back toward the wall so it doesn't get the floor wet. I neglected to see the footnote on the website that the breakfast and the pool were both across the river at a sister property. That was disappointing. The room was clean though and housekeeping checked in every day. It is an easy walk to downtown or you can catch the free trolley right out front.
