It was a very nice hotel centrally located lord the pool and the sauna
Our room was very comfortable with a spa tub and a romantic fireplace
Thee only negative was that our suite didn’t come with a microwave

This hotel is extremely dated..they lied about a pool..the front desk was extremely rude and I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Staff gentil qui fait son possible mais … la propreté des corridors/ des tapis lors de larrivee laissait plus qu’à desirer, pour etre polie. Jai du faire venir leur réparateur des la premiere journee car le bain etait bouché par des cheveux. Jai du descendre pour leur dire car le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. On mavait dit que quelqu’un passerait pour ca et finalement personne n’est venu.
A mon arrivée, jai du enlever qq cheveux dans le bain. Le lendemain, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas jour 2 car l’employé a larrivee ne lavait pas programmé pour toute la duree de notre sejour… c’est ce que la réceptionniste m’a dit, plus précisément : « on a des nouveaux qui ne savent pas comment ».
Le plafond de la salle de bain dans la douche est complètement défoncé, la peinture s’écaille big time.
La lumiere de la salle de bain clignote comme dans n’importe quel scene de film d’horreur.

The entire top floor was closed for renovations. As a result, we did not get the room we had originally booked. A discount was offered upon check-in. The property was very loud, and we did not get a good night sleep. The staff were accomodating and a provided a refund with an early check-out. I would consider staying here again only if I could secure a room on the top floor.

Was given 2 different keys that didnt work. Had to go back to the front desk twice with my bags. Not a good experience after a 6 hour drive
