Motel One Frankfurt Messe

This hotel is unsafe. The staff knowingly allow outside people go into the elevator and freely roam around any floor. A taxi driver left his car on the busy street and came to the third floor looking for a bathroom. There is no guard against anyone going up the elevator. When this was mentioned to the staff, they said it is an open bar and restaurant and it's not their responsibility. Unsafe, rude staff.

Friendly Service Desk at Check-In. Clean and tidy rooms. Breakfast Buffet with lots of choices, lots of organic stuff and vegane alternatives. Very friendly and kind Service. Glutenfree bread upon requests. Will come back in spring or summer

We absolutely enjoyed our one-night stay. We spontaneously added a person to our room and could park our bikes in the garage, everyone from reception to breakfast staff was genuinely friendly. Breakfast (added that on spot) and outdoor area to sit were our highlights. We had read reviews saying it didn’t have much choice but we can’t second that: Andechser (high quality local) products, a solid range of veggie options and really good coffee made this a yummy experience worth the price. Thank you for a great stay!

Due to a “technical” failure, 12 colleagues and I got to book an advertised cheap rate, which was then only corrected on a very short notice after booking, resulting in me changing plans (including flight rebooking) on the date of a rival for the next day. Not reliable!

Motel-One usual high standard, with a lovely room, great bar and staff that were marvellous as usual. Bathroom a little small (but spotless). Outside garden area was very welcome with the heatwave. Minor drawback was distance to metro station, but until the new one is completed (which will be immediately outside), the 15 minute walk isn't too bad. Perfect for the Festhalle if you are planning a concert visit!!

My husband and I recently spent 5 nights at Motel One Frankfurt-Messe. The hotel itself is in a great location close the the Skyline Plaza, central station and good restaurants. The hotel is very clean but basic. Our room on 1st floor didn't have a telephone, no welcome information guide and absolutely no where in the bathroom to put your toiletries. I ended up having to put our toiletries on the stool in the bathroom. There is only one trash can which is in the bathroom and inconvenient when two people are sharing a room. Room needs more shelfing around the bed too, just a few small shallow shelfs on either side. More hangers would also be a great addition. We paid for breakfast twice. At 13.50 euro each it really wasn't worth the cost. We have stayed in hotels nearby and had much better selection than at Motel One. Because we hadn't prepaid breakfast we were followed around the dining room until we coughed up the money LOL. I wouldn't go back there are there are much nicer hotels in the same area with better facilities i.e. Hampton by Hilton or the Movenpick.

Everything I needed with nothing I didn’t, at a good price. Not familiar with Motel One before travelling, I was surprised at how modern and clean everything was. Would absolutely seek out Motel One again in Frankfurt and elsewhere if I just needed a simple, inexpensive place to stay.
