Very lovely hospitality.

該店，前台無人。衹能用密碼開大門開房間門。衹有年輕人，懂德語的人才住得進去。長者，不懂德語的人，進不了門，衹能流落街頭了。

酒店位置超級好，但房間夏天的時候比較悶熱。希望配個風扇在天熱的時候。

This hotel has no human beings present to help you. The reception is " digital" meaning you have to login via a terminal in a small cramped corridor by the front door. God help you if you loose the WiFi connection or phone power - you have to get a digital code sent to you. No code, no room. You have to fill in endless details again, even though you have obviously pre- booked the room with the same details. If you are not quick enough ( 20 seconds) the terminal asks if you still exist. You must push another button. If you cannot get the code, don't worry there is a contact phone number - only nobody answers it. Ah,but you could always email them. Tried that. No answer for 36 hours and still waiting. These types of " hotels" are totally unforgivable and antisocial. Avoid them please - or take the risk. Also very badly maintained. But, there is no- one to complain to, of course!

Located in the pebbled city center walking distance to many museums and gardens and the river with the bridge. despite being in the middle of the hustle n bustle the rooms are very quiet. The hotel is a great value for money. Spotless rooms thanks to the continuous efforts of the maintenance staff. The reception staff was very nice, welcoming and helpful. The kitchen staff need to take hospitality and PR lessons.

Lo primero que hay que saber es que no hay recepción. Todo funciona con códigos. Primero tienes uno para la entrada al edificio, pero da igual porque cuando estuve la puerta estaba rota. Es decir, cualquiera de la calles podía entrar (por lo menos el tiempo que yo estuve). Luego, después del check in en una maquina: recibes otro código para la habitación. A muchos les cuesta luego emplearlo. El ascensor no funcionaba, y como no hay recepción, toca subir las escaleras. Hay un teléfono de un “hotel de apoyo”, pero no contestan. En lo que se refiere a la habitación: es pequeña y sucia. No por la limpieza diaria, sino por los años acumulados. La moqueta está llena de manchas, golpes en las paredes, desperfectos… lo cierto es que da bastante asco. Por otro lado, no hay desayuno y todo (Incluido la televisión) está en alemán y solo alemán. Por último, no hay aire acondicionado ni calefacción, salvo en el baño. Bueno, hay un pequeño calefactor y ventilador en el armario pero estaban cubiertos de mugre. Lo único bueno es la ubicación: en pleno centro histórico y cerca de un metro. Pero no compensa.
