The ARC Hotel

Check in was a breeze. Clerk was informative and very pleasant. Breakfast was mediocre. The room was decent. There was some sort of red stain on the floor. Had a room on the first floor and my goodness it was loud and extremely busy in the hallway all night long. I heard the neighbor cough and flush their toilet. Aside from that, the bed was absolutely uncomfortable. The springs was almost violating. I send my guys here for work all the time and I only stayed one night but I won’t be back. The guys had great reviews of this facility so they’ll be back though. Oh water pressure was awesome.

Will be staying here again. I come for work every other month, and this is where I’ll stay every time.

We have stayed at the ARC many times this year during a home renovation. The staff are so friendly and helpful. But things seem to be gradually declining. Hot tub is broken. No pancakes at breakfast. Cigarette butts and trash around the property. Towel bar broken. Multiple lights out so room was dark. Asked for towels and trash pickup but came back hours later to trash and wet towels. It’s disappointing that such a nice place is not being cared for.

Breakfast was great. The coffee was delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Only downside is i didnt see any vending machines, but there is a Dollar General right next door so it was convient.

I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I couldn’t quite get there. The hotel exterior, front area, dining area, and our room, bathroom, and bedding were very clean, although we did get a blast of an “off” odor when we first walked in. It seemed to dissipate eventually. The bath tub faucet was difficult to figure out, as we tried to turn on the shower head. It fell off. I had to call for assistance. There wasn’t tissue in the tissue holder. Lotion, nor a hair dryer were available. The hot tub was out of order, which is one feature that prompted me to book our stay there. The breakfast and coffee were very clean. The food offered was typical and ok. Overall, the most important thing to us when we are traveling is cleanliness and it was very clean and the shortcomings were minimal. We would definitely stay there again.

The spa was broken, the shower curtain was broken so the curtain would not stay closed. We let the front desk know and they said they would send maintenance, they never did. We asked the front desk that evening to bring more towels so we could shower since we had to use all our towels to clean up all the water, she said she couldn’t because she is in her first trimester of pregnancy and she can’t use the elevator. The pillows were like rocks and the bed wasn’t the best. Had a great time around town about won’t be back to the arc hotel again!

Called front desk to inform them that there was throw up by the stairs to get into the pool and the woman running the desk stated house keeping was already gone for the day and there was nothing she could do. Basically she told me to either clean it myself or just don’t let my kids swim. I started cleaning it myself until I noticed there was throw up floating in the pool and throw up at the bottom of the pool. The lady at the front desk does not need to be employed. She has no problems leaving the front desk unattended to sit in the office on her phone or watch TV but yet she couldn’t leave the desk to clean the throw up?? Does not make any sense. I would like for customer service to get ahold of me please.

The room was large and comfortable, although dated. Breakfast was good. The hotel is on a busy corner.

I like the location of this hotel. They also have nice roomy rooms and the price is very good.
