First room wasn’t that great they put us in a room was not very nice and we complained they gave us another room which was nicer. You’re paying almost $200 for a room. You should be getting a nice room on the first go around. How many people wouldn’t complain and take it as it is, which was not nice. You’re paying a lot of money so demand a nice room.

Jennifer was SO helpful when the smoke alarm was beeping in our room, later in the evening. They were booked, so she found us an excellent king room at a new hotel across the street. We were not charged at the second hotel. She invited us back at the Hampton for breakfast, which was very nice and complete, large selection of all their food during the last half hour of breakfast service. We would definitely stay at the Hampton again.

My stay was fine. However my room sink was crack and the counter was crack and look as if someone had tried to patch it back together. The sanitize machines on the first floor, 4th floor was empty. the hotel was not maintain well.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Coffee pot in the room. Breakfast was not the best, but ok.

There were hundreds of tiny little bugs crawling all over the desk and wall by the desk. Pool area not appealing needs to be cleaned up.
