Service was very good, the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent!!! We would definitely return for another stay!!!

Our experience with the Pink Shell was terrific. We acknowledge that due to their ongoing build back after Hurricane Ian, not all facilities were available at the resort, but what was available was great.

The Pink Shell never ceases to amaze me. My last stay was pre-Ian and I thought their attention to detail and customer service were amazing then. I traveled alone this time and was unsure of what to expect post-Ian. What phenomenal progress has been made at the resort. I also was so surprised that they were able to up their customer service to a whole new level. I absolutely love this place and could go on and on about how wonderful it is. I will be back later this year and am considering joining their beach club so I can stay more frequently.

The hotel is 3 seperate buildings and the one we were in was under coonstruction with all the noise that went with it. We cut our stay short due to conditions.

Our trip was amazing. The staff was so helpfully and friendly. Our room was gorgeous and had everything we would ever need. The beds were so comfortable- loved the sheets too. The view was breathtaking! Thank you so much Pink Shell! We will be back!!!

We room was fantastic , hotel workers were very friendly, restaurant had great food, we enjoyed the bar on the beach We enjoyed the Beauriful white sand beach- very clean too!

Beautiful beach. But property in poor condition, under construction, poor dining experience. Few other options in the area.

The staff and our room were very good. They are still recovering from Ian and I appreciate their situation. But we were there for relaxation and every morning at 8:00 sharp we were awakened by construction, hammers, leaf blowers, machinery and men shouting to one another. No sleeping in or lazy mornings. On the other hand the beach chairs and umbrellas were new and free to use. The breakfast was ok, but staff was wonderful.
