Dirty room, unhelpful staff. Not the standard of Holiday Inn. Im book them everywhere and never had this experience

The room has been renovated and very nice; beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good.
The receptionist at check-in was unfriendly but the one at check-out was very nice.
The nearby plazas have quite a few empty spaces. We had a good dinner at a Thai restaurant.

Love the location, so close to the airport, restaurants, water taxi and cruise port. Room was large, bed comfortable and nice shower. Breakfast is always good and we love the breakfast lady who is so friendly and energetic! We will be back.

Driver for airport shuttle service said he looked for us but yet no one showed up and had to take a Uber. I was on the phone with the hotel but no show

Other than the fire alarm going off at 7am this place was great for our needs. It was convenient. The shuttle was great from the airport and to our cruise ship. Breakfast had a great selection and the cook was such a wonderful lady who works extremely hard. Pool area is great little oasis.
Cleanliness was not great. Hairs all over our toilet and shower. But otherwise it was great

The hotel is in an excellent location. Restaurants, shopping and Walgreens are within walking distance. We stayed on the 5th floor and meet Delores who works there and was such a friendly soul to talk too. The pool is nice to sit back and unwind.

The beds were extremely comfortable. I often fly out of Ft. Lauderdale and I appreciate being able to park my car there until I return.
