There was lots of construction but the Westin was amazing! The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was comfortable and great view!

Good location, very nice hotel. Bed was very comfortable though bedding kept falling off bed no matter how much we pulled it up - looked pretty but wasn’t very functional.

Overall my experience with this hotel was pretty good! Love that everything is walking distance so you don’t really need a car. The beach is across the street and there’s a walk way available in the hotel to be able to get on the other side. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean! Beds were comfy!

Pool is dirty, got sick on food at hotel, freezing cold , smelly , asthma attack in a non smoking area but people were smoking . Security had to be called. Room service we did not get our towels they didn’t respond.

The staff was all very friendly. View from our room was incredible. The food at the pool restaurant was very good and so were the drinks. The pool and beach area were both great. Short walk to most everything. Only complaint would be the hotel itself is a bit on the older side. Our shower didn’t drain well and the ceilings were very low. We would definitely stay here again though since there are so many other positives about the property.

No privacy in the bathroom. Louvered doors that you could see and hear through.
Room temperature was difficult to control.
Obnoxiously loud spin class at 6:30am that woke us up on multiple occasions…loud, banging music and coaching that was way beyond necessary.

The weather was cool, and so was the hotel and room! Our room A/C was broken and ran cold air non-stop. We couldn't use it for heat and had to keep it turned off. The hotel also ran the A/C constantly, making the property very cold. It was New Years holiday, and they seemed short staffed as well. Only 1 visit from the maid and the room wasn't entirely clean to begin with. Towels in room were damp upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable and I usually enjoy the Westin hotels, but there were too many issues this visit.
