j'ai ;réservé dans cet hotel car il se trouvait pas très loin du stade ou je devais participer à une manifestation dans dans le cadre : octobre rose à l'initiative de la ligue contre le cancer .
je m'y suis très bien reposé , dans une chambre "nickel" et une réception tout à fait à la hauteur de sa tâche , me donnant les renseignements pratiques avant même que je les demande

I arrived in the hotel due to the medical disembarkation of my father to hospital. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helped me get into my room quickly. I cannot say how helpful the staff have been. Due to not knowing how long I would be staying, they allowed me to book for 3 or 4 days at a time and renewing the booking when needed. One occasion they were extremely apologetic as the following night there was no room for me, but they found me a room, and the following day asked me if I wanted my old room back. Such is the care the staff have for their guests. Food in the hotel is of an exceptional standard and it appears there is a 2 week cycle on the menu. I thought the food a little expensive initially, but if you want quality food with great service, you have to pay a little more. That's what I got, great food and excellent friendly service. The circumstances of me being here are not the best, but the hotel has helped and supported me all the way through, and I cannot thank them enough. They made my stay as best as it could possibly be, and if I come back to Martinique, I would stay here again

The hotel is well located however, the decor is outdated. You can smell the mold as you enter the hotel. There was mold in my room. The staff is great, the restaurant is great but I wouldn't recommend. It needs serious renovation.

The SPA, is horrible dirty the owner speaks bad to her workers...just too crowded with unnecessary things. The place was very unprofessional lack of knowledge and the owner is never present. The towels are not smelling clean there dust in the rooms the rug looks like it hasn't been vacuum in a minute.

My stay at the hotel was great! The customer service at the front desk was good. The receptionist was nice and made reservations for my car service to the hotel the next and the driver punctual. Also, issisted that I would have time to have breakfast. The only thing I would say is that there was a bit of mildew in the bathroom ceiling which need to be fix and no wash rags. I didn't bother to ask for one, since I was leaving next day. A beautiful hotel; the dinner I ordered was delicious. Will definitely go in the future.
