Riad Al Ansari

Our stay at Riad Al-Ansari in Fez was exceptional in every way. Perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, this Riad offers unparalleled service and attention to detail. The owners, a lovely French couple with deep ties to Fez, were incredibly attentive and helpful, making us feel right at home. As well as their amazing manager. Their passion for Moroccan culture shines through in the beautiful decor and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a truly authentic experience experience!

Beautiful riad with excellent service and location! Really enjoyed our stay there. Nur and Hisham were very nice, friendly and helpful too!

The owners of the riad made us feel very welcome and Hisham the hôtel manager made sure that our stay was perfect. From the airport pick up to the organisation of daytrips everything went smoothly. The manager was here when we arrived from the airport at 1am and the owner was up to say good bye when we left at 5am ! We took two of our dinners at the riad ; the Moroccan style food was very good in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were large and nicely decorated with attention to details. Good wifi connection and power outlets conveniently located. We will keep nice memories of our stay at Riad Al Ansari

This is the first time I have decided to write a review for anything as this place has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. We came here to explore Fes with two young girls ( aged 5 and 6). We were welcomed with all smiles and the manager even walked with us to the streets of Madina - which can be really tricky to get around. Having young children can be challenging on holiday but the staff and owners made them feel welcomed and treated us like family - asking the girls to decorate the Christmas tree, putting presents for all of us under the tree, cooking us the most exceptional celebratory meals. They had put a great selection of games out for us to play as a family - we have found a new hobby! Everyone at the riad has been kind and has gone the extra mile. Previously, having stayed at 5* resorts and hotels, this riad has become a family favourite. We were able to walk to the madina daily and walked to the new city. Also, It has the most exceptional views from the rooftop. I would definitely recommend this riad to anyone wanting to explore Fes and hope to come back soon. Thankyou for an amazing stay!

Recently redone Riad. Owner are super nice french couple that made sure we had everything we needed and more. In fact when we had a bad experience at a medina Spa the owner took it into their hands to go have a word with the spa mgmt. Highly recommend

Endroit magnifique, calme et luxueux! Hicham est un hôte exceptionnel. Je recommande cet endroit si vous séjournez à Fès. Bien situé, déjeuner et souper exquis. Possibilité d'avoir un guide privé et service de transport. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine dans ce Riad accueillant et reposant, à 3 minutes des deux principales artères de la médina et à 5 minutes de la Porte Bleue. Son emplacement est idéal pour les visites de Fes et de sa region. Aucun problème pour trouver le riad, Hicham nous attendait malgré l'heure tardive (2heures du matin). Pas de bruit seul le chant des oiseaux pour nous réveiller le matin. Le personnel est charmant et donne envie de revenir

Riad muy bonito,habitaciones amplias, muy limpio y bien ubicado. Su director, Isham muy atento, servicial y siempre de buen humor. Nos ayudó en todo lo que solicitamos. Muy buena cocina típica del país. Lo aconsejo totalmente.

Riad exceptionnel ! Nous avons passé 6 jours de vacances inoubliables en avril 2023 dans ce riad idéalement placé au pied de la Medina de Fès (qui vaut le déplacement). Tout était parfait ! Le riad est vraiment magnifique et très très propre. Il dispose d’une cour splendide avec terrasse très agréable le soir. C’est très calme et très appréciable. La chambre comprenant une grande salle de bain, était très spacieuse, confortable et décorée avec goût. La nourriture est délicieuse (nous avons mangé plusieurs fois le soir après nos excursions) et le petit-déjeuner traditionnel est copieux et succulent. Enfin, mention spéciale à l’ensemble du personnel du riad qui est très souriant et très professionnel. Hicham, le directeur, nous a tout organisé et il est vraiment à l’écoute des voyageurs et nous le remercions encore pour tout ce qu’il a fait. Nous reviendrons et recommandons les yeux fermés !
