โรงแรมสำหรับครอบครัวในเป่าติ้ง

In spite that it is older hotel, the rooms are in good condition, equipped with a comfortable bed with crisp fresh white linen. Due to heavy rains the aircon had some difficulties to absorb the high humidity. Fresh fruits were provided at arrival. The hotel has a topnotch spa  facility.  The breakfast on the 5th floor is extensive. Even traditional soup with multicolored noodles and donkey burgers are served. The Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor was deserted and the temperature inside was uncomfortably hot, so we had diner at the nearby Wanda Plaza.  Truly 5-star was the attentive and efficient support of the front desk manager Miss Ciu Tianmei. She facilitated our visit to the shrine of Mary Mother of God in Donglü, situated in a remote village 40 kms outside of Baoding. Without her  help we would have great difficulties to make this visit. In addition we thank Miss Ciu Tianmei to find a solution to keep our medicines cool, as there is no fridge in the room.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some speak English. The room was very spacious with lots of tech gadgets and big tv screens. There were however no cupboards to put your clothes or suitcases in. The roof terrace with pool is really nice, but the restaurant in the basement is unwelcoming. Breakfast was cold and although they had a good coffee machine, they were not able to use it to make a good coffee. Instead of juice or tea they offered cola and sprite. Although we had a good stay we have to say that the prices for rooms in this hotel are quite high and the hotel in total doesn’t live up to those prices.

The hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc. The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

เราพาครอบครัวไปเที่ยวพักผ่อนช่วงสุดสัปดาห์และเข้าพักในห้องสำหรับครอบครัวที่โรงแรมวอเตอร์ฟรอนท์ การ์เดน โดยรวมแล้วเรารู้สึกพึงพอใจกับประสบการณ์นี้มาก ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ตกแต่งด้วยธีมการ์ตูนน่ารัก และมีบรรยากาศอบอุ่นและน่ารัก มีเต็นท์เล็กๆ และตุ๊กตาอยู่ในห้อง ลูกของเราตื่นเต้นทันทีที่เราเข้ามา เล่นอย่างมีความสุขในเต็นท์เป็นเวลานาน ทำให้พ่อแม่ได้พักผ่อนอย่างเต็มที่ ความสะอาดนั้นพิถีพิถัน และเครื่องนอนนุ่มสบาย ทำให้หลับสบายตลอดคืน ห้องน้ำมีอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำสำหรับเด็ก และโถสุขภัณฑ์ขนาดเล็กก็เป็นรายละเอียดที่ใส่ใจ พนักงานก็ให้การต้อนรับและเป็นมิตรมาก แม้กระทั่งให้ของขวัญเล็กๆ น้อยๆ แก่เด็ก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวก เดินทางไปช้อปปิ้งและเดินเล่นได้ง่าย นี่เป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าประทับใจมาก และเราจะพาครอบครัวกลับมาอีกแน่นอน ขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่งสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก!

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

Large business hotel with very grand foyer. Rooms are well equipped (but no bedside power point), but a bit tired. Very good selection for breakfast. A well run hotel. Apparently the best pick for a business trip to Baoding City.

ห้องพักสะอาดและถูกสุขลักษณะ การบริการ อบอุ่น และทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก มีห้างสรรพสินค้ารอบๆ มากมาย การคมนาคมสะดวกมาก รถประจำทาง และแท็กซี่ก็สะดวกมากเช่นกัน ดีมากครับ พักสบายมาก โดยเฉพาะห้องพักสะอาดมากครับ โรงแรมปลอดภัย ที่จอดรถดีมาก และพนักงานต้อนรับดีมากครับ (หัวเราะ)
