ถึงแม้จะเป็นโรงแรมเก่าแต่ห้องพักอยู่ในสภาพดี มีเตียงนอนสบายพร้อมผ้าปูสีขาวสดใหม่ แอร์จึงมีปัญหาในการดูดซับความชื้นสูง เนื่องจากฝนตกหนัก มีบริการผลไม้สดเมื่อเดินทางมาถึง โรงแรมมีสปาชั้นหนึ่ง  อาหารเช้าบนชั้น 5 นั้นกว้างขวาง แม้แต่ซุปแบบดั้งเดิมที่มีบะหมี่หลากสีและเบอร์เกอร์ลาก็เสิร์ฟ ร้านอาหารจีนบนชั้น 2 ร้างว่างเปล่าและอุณหภูมิภายในร้อนไม่สบาย เราจึงทานอาหารที่ Wanda Plaza ที่อยู่ใกล้เคียง  5-star เป็นการสนับสนุนที่เอาใจใส่และมีประสิทธิภาพของผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับ Miss Cui Tianmei เธออํานวยความสะดวกในการเยี่ยมชมศาลเจ้า Mary Mother of God ใน Donglafim ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในหมู่บ้านห่างไกล 40 กม. นอก Baoding หากไม่มีความช่วยเหลือจากเธอเราจะมีปัญหาอย่างมากในการเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ นอกจากนี้เราขอขอบคุณ Miss Cui Tianmei สําหรับการหาวิธีแก้ปัญหาเพื่อให้ยาของเราเย็นลง เนื่องจากไม่มีตู้เย็นในห้อง

房間還是那樣簡潔精緻，不失細節品位的追求。從床品到浴品，包括一些小擺件的品質，都能看出來酒店既剋制又執著的追求。 桔子水晶的服務是不用懷疑的，既不疏離也不越界。分寸可以説是恰到好處。你出門的時候給你遞上一份冷泡茶，退房的時候遞上一份小零食，趕火車的時候提前給算好了時間安排好了送站。好像整個酒店也沒有什麼大肆渲染，沒人使勁堆笑臉，沒人站在門口大聲吆喝，歡迎光臨，竭誠為您服務。讓人舒服的是，他在儘量的為你着想。 桔子水晶，下次見。

I came to this city on a business trip, and I can honestly say this was one of the best places I stayed during my time in China. The hotel is located in an excellent area, everything was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially want to recognize the housekeeping staff—the ladies who cleaned and took care of my room did an excellent job throughout my stay. The only real challenge I experienced was the language barrier. Communication in English at the hotel was very difficult, and for international business travelers, having at least one English-speaking staff member available would make a big difference. One other suggestion would be to have a restaurant and bar inside the hotel open in the evening, where guests could enjoy a drink and a variety of international food without having to leave the hotel. This would be especially convenient for foreign guests who may have difficulty communicating outside because of the language barrier. With these improvements, this hotel would easily be a 10/10 for me. Overall, I had an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to my business colleagues visiting the area. Great location, excellent cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and wonderful service. I would definitely stay here again.

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Citadines Baoding for the first time, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel also provides a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The room is well equipped with a capsule coffee machine, and there is even a washing machine inside the room, making the stay especially convenient for families and longer visits. Another major highlight is the room layout. In addition to the bedroom, there is a separate small living area. This design is a big plus — my husband can watch TV or work in the living space without disturbing my rest, which greatly enhances comfort and privacy. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for business or families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Citadines to anyone visiting Baoding.

The hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc. The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

The location is very convenient with two little shops, a bus stop and shopping centre with a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel, as being renovated in 2022, is not up to standard what you would expect. Our room had a terrible old plastic shower and toilet cabin. Not very clean - even though the cleaner would clean, it will never become clean as it is old and worn out. The ceiling is moldy and parts are falling down, right on the bed. Shabby and unhealthy! We got towels worse than any old cleaning cloth! It had several holes in it... I would be ashamed to have it in my own home! As being a receptionist myself, I know how annoying and picky some guests can be, so I felt a bit uncomfortable going down to the reception to inform them about it. But I did. They apologised and we got new towels. It's obviously not there fault,... but it seems that the owner can't be bothered about maintenance. Breakfast was Chinese cuisine, no Western food except for toast (no butter, jam). There was a lot of choice. Apparently we where upgraded to a room with 10m2 more, when I complained about the bathroom. The staff at breakfast and reception were both kind and helpful. But the hotel itself is overpriced and not up to standard. In other reviews this was mentioned already. The feedback was, that the hoyel would do something about it. So I still booked. It seems know like a ”standard” answer, without actually the will to do something about it.

房間設施非常好，服務態度熱情友好，附近吃的玩的特別多，白溝這個地方來這家店準沒錯，非常好，性價比非常高，價格合理。衞生打掃的非常乾淨，一個頭髮絲兒都沒有。住了好幾天，很棒。下次還會再來。
