Le Château de Mazelières travaille avec l’agence Novasol qui pratique du surbooking. 4 jours avant notre arrivée, une autre famille et nous même avons appris que notre séjour ne pouvait pas avoir lieu : - sans proposition de relocation ; - sans compensation ; - et un remboursement après la date supposée du séjour. N’hésitez pas avant votre séjour à appeler à plusieurs reprises le propriétaire pour lui demander si votre séjour est toujours d'actualité. Toute la famille était très déçue et stressée de ne pas voir le remboursement arriver dans les comptes et donc beaucoup de difficultés à retrouver un logement pour les vacances d’une famille de 10 personnes sous 4 jours sans la trésorerie .
