Çok yeni bir otel. Üniversite görevlendirmesi üzerine gittiğim için otel konumu bana göre çok iyi yerdeydi. Fakat şehri gezmek isteyen birisi için konum çok da merkezi değil. Yine de bir sonraki ziyaretimde gideceğim yer neresi olursa olsun bu oteli şüphesiz tercih ederdim. Odalar çok temiz ve rahattı. Odalar konusundaki tek sıkıntım 2+1 odalardaki küçük odada yatak ve giysi dolabından başka hiçbir şey yer almaması. Ne bir komidin, ne de bir başucu lambası vardı. Otelin altında yer alan Irish Pub konaklayanlar için büyük bir artı. Sadece restoran işletmesi bence bu otelin kalite seviyesinde değildir. Pub içindeyken yemek siparişi verdiğinizde de bu restoran mutfağı kullanılıyor, bunu göz ardı etmeyin. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli fakat kalite olarak ben abartılığı kadar iyi olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Özellikle böyle bir otele hiç yakışmıyor. Otelde fitness center yer alıyor fakat bisiklet, koşu bandı gibi aletler dışında fazla bir beklentiniz olmasın. Otel personelleri çok kibar ve yapıcı idiler, kendilerine teşekkür ederim.

We were extremely pleased with the friendly staff and the cleanliness at the hotel we visited. Highly recommended! Additionally, the buffet breakfast was incredibly satisfying and delicious. The variety of options and flavors made our mornings even better.

I stayed with my close friends and we were very pleased. It's like you were born and raised in this city. It gives you that warm home feeling you've lived in for years. I definitely recommend staying here. Their services are very nice. It's full of smiling, kind people.

Our family of 4 stayed in their 2-bedroom suite and we had a lot of space to unpack and move around. The hotel is walking distance to a number of restaurants and coffee shops, so that was covered. It is a 10-15mins drive to the major tourist destinations in the city. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place when you are in Eskisehir.

Overall very good to excellent, the cleaning lady didn’t empty bin so it overflowed.
Mild not available unless you ask for breakfast but other than that it was a very pleasant experience.
The reception lady was super kind and helpful

Very nice facility and location. Staff are very helpful. The room we had was very nice and with nothing to complain about. The hotel restaurant is also nice. You can eat there all your meals, every day. Parking is easily accessible in front the hotel and requires no additional registration or effort. There is a grocery shop right next to the hotel, which we found very useful for a family with children. Overall, it is a very good hotel. It deserves its five stars rating.

Radisson: please promote about. She works at the front desk and helped us find taxis, sort out how to buy bus tickets and much more. She is a gem !
