Very upscale accommodations and staff. The Wellington restaurant was fantastic with pleasant staff and top chef meals. Very impressed!

I’m normally pretty persnickety about my bed, but the bed at the Carnegie was wonderful!

Eight times last year stayed at this property. Little faults are quickly corrected. Josh in management is great. Rest of staff well trained. Strayed once on a stay at a different property and did not make that mistake again. Wish they had frequent stay miles.
The restaurant Wellington’s is good to better but not great and never seem to change the menu. I think it’s about the same food selection from first stay to the most recent. That gets a bit boring. Luckily there is a massive amount of food establishments in Johnson City.

Unless you’re a diehard cheapskate, why stay at any other Johnson City hotel? The Carnegie has something most other hotels in the area completely forgot about… CLASS!

Three senior ladies had tickets for Shen Yun at the Martin Center at ETSU. It was so perfect to be able to walk from our room, enjoy the show and be comfortably back in our room while others were still stuck battling traffic in the parking garage

Toilet in room ran but other than that room was nice. Worst breakfast ever though at the restaurant. Pancakes were inedible.

This hotel is a real find. Huge rooms; bigger than some suites we’ve stayed in. Very clean; quiet; nice bed linens; lots of fluffy towels; an illuminated, magnifying mirror in the bath is always a plus for me! Nice cozy lobby if you need to time by yourself. Free parking adjacent to the hotel or a free parking garage just behind it if you prefer; no ‘resort fee’ crapola that many non-resort hotels add. Staff was friendly & helpful. A nice surrounding area (including ETSU campus) to take a walk after a day of driving.
