Place was clean, room was huge bed was comfortable. I asked if I could get wash clothes for 2 days and never received them. Food was ok.

Mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were too small and flat. Everything else was great with our stay.

Very pleased with the total experience. Had not stayed here before so we're always happy when it bypasses our expectations. Even the breakfast was better than most!

About the only thing going for the hotel was that it is convenient to travel from to get to the ******. The tv reception in the room was terrible -- in and out. Called the service desk and were told it was due to it being windy. The rooms were not what I would consider clean. One of the two beds looked slept in. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast buffet was very good! We always stay here when we come to Presque isle Downs. Cannot get any closer ...which comes in handy when you get "stuck" at the ******.

Booked an accessible room which was very spacious, but beds still to high for me .
It would be nice to have an upholstered arm chair in the room, the only chair was a desk chair
